In a quiet and silent setting, the house stands out for a panoramic terrace from which you can enjoy unsurpassed and suggestive sunsets over the sea and the islands of Capraia and Corsica, and typical scents of the Mediterranean scrub and the garden of tamarisk and oleanders, pittosporum and geraniums.
The closest beach is Cotoncello (400 mt.) which can be easily reached on foot from the municipal road and then on a path. It is a small free sandy beach suitable for children surrounded by granite rocks.
The beach of Sant'Andrea equipped with umbrellas and boat, dinghy and canoe rental, is about 1 km from the house following the asphalt road or internal paths in about 15 minutes. For those arriving by car, the house has a private parking.

We had a nice stay as family, no disturbance from mobile phones because there is almost no cellular network there. The access to the parking lot is quite steep and might not fit for all cars, which should be considered, other parking is hard to find. We felt very welcomed with the hosts, who spoke italian and german. Thank you!

...mit Sonnenuntergang über der Bucht von Cotoncello - einer der schönsten Ecken Elbas. Wir haben 2 herrliche Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung genossen. Das Häuschen ist einfach, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Privatsphäre bei zeitgleicher Meernähe (10 Min. zu Fuß) super!

Es braucht dringend ein neues Schloss an der Türe des großen Schlafzimmers. Es kreischt beim Benutzen so laut, dass man immer erwacht, wenn jemand nachts zur Toilette geht. Alfred

Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Hang mit Blick über das Meer, so wie man es auch auf den Fotos sieht. Nur die Palme ist inzwischen gefällt. Das Haus ist nicht groß, aber durch die günstige Raumaufteilung und die sehr großen Terasse für eine vierköpfige Familie gut geeignet. Es ist eine Doppelhaushälfte, auf der anderen Seite liegt das Ferienhaus der Vermieter, die sehr freundlich waren. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca 10 Minuten), aber da die nächste Bushaltestelle etwa eine halbe Stunde Fußweg entfernt liegt, empfielt sich ein Auto.

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Umgebung. Sie ist deutlich weniger touristisch als die meisten anderen Orte in Meernähe auf Elba. Die Felsenküste mit Bademöglichkeit befindet sich in der Nähe und hat uns gut gefallen.

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit zwei kleinen Kindern an diesem wunderschönen Ort und würden sofort wieder kommen! Die Aussicht auf das Meer Atemberaubend, die Terrasse gross und sicher mit kleinen Kindern. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und ist liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet Die kleine Bucht Cotoncello mit Sand und Schattenplätchen 5 min. zu Fuss. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Vielen Lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit an euch Herr und Frau Carreras.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Manuela et Marco. La situation de cet appartement est juste magique; le coucher de soleil sur la Corse est à ne pas rater! la vue sur Capraia est magnifique. Bref, nous recommandons chaleureusement cet endroit, cosy et agréable, idéal pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants.

Excellente localisation, dans un des endroits les plus agréables de l'île. Très agréable maisonnette, avec grande terrasse à la vue extraordinaire et reposante sur la mer! Nos hôtes ont été adorables, aux petits soins pour nous (merci encore pour les citrons!) Seul petit bémol: pas d'accès internet facile - mais au moins ce sont de vraies vacances qui vous attendent!

La descrizione dell'immobile nell'inserzione corrispondeva esattamente alla realtà. La casa e' piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario, pulita e curata nell'arredamento. Posizione fantastica, vicinissima alle spiagge di Cotoncello e Sant'Andrea e con impagabile vista su Capraia. Magnifici i tramonti.
