We had a wonderful stay! Anselmo and Franca have been very kind and forthcoming from the beginning, the apartment is lovely and very well equipped, and the partly covered terrace with a beautiful view just gorgeous. Only the mattress was a bit hard for my taste. We will certainly come back!

We really enjoyed our stay with our two little boys there in October. The flat has two sleeping areas connected to kitchen and living room. For our kids this is ok. If you need more privacy, this should be considered. Franca and Anselmo were lovely and gave us great tips for hikes and things to do in the area. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!

The House is super clean and well disposed. Everyone sleeps in the same room, but it works fine. We didn't cook ourselves and think that some kitchenware might be missing if that is a priority. The view is really beautiful and in 10 minutes you are at the beach, where there is a nice beach bar and a few good restaurants. We can recommend trips to Marciana and Poggio, beautiful mountain towns close by. Anselmo and Franca are incredibly nice and welcoming and happy to help. We were very hot one night and asked for a fan, it was ready when we got home in the evening. Our warmest recommendations for the yellow house!

The flat is pretty nice. We stayed there as a family. It's nicely located and the beach can be reached just in 5 minutes. The flat was extremely well cleaned, Anselmo was very hearty, even though my italian language skills are not good at all. When we'll be back for sure this is the flat to be. Best Sven

The house is very well located with easy access to both the nice S Andrea beach and mountain hiking trails. The view from the terrace is stunning. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ideal. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Von der Spülmaschine über eine Waschmaschine bis zu unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten Kaffee zuzubereiten. Die Lage ist ideal für Wanderungen in die Berge. Eine große Auswahl an guten Restaurants ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Anselmo und seine Frau sind supernett und völlig unkompliziert. Ich kann die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen .

Mit zwei Kindern (8 und 10) genoss ich wunderschöne Ferien auf der schönen Insel Elba. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge perfekt. Der Ort San Andrea hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und für 3 Personen optimal. Herzlichen Dank für alles an Franca und Anselmo. Unkompliziert konnten wir morgens früh abreisen und den Schlüssel deponieren.

Die Wohnung war tip top sauber. Alles schön neu und schön eingerichtet, und mit allem ausgestattet. Anselmo und seine Frau waren total nett und bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und der Ausblick aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Der Weg zum wunderschön Sandstrand von St. Andres ist nicht so weit und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles ok, wir wussten Dank der Beschreibung aus anderen Bewertungen von vornherein, dass es sich NICHT wie beschrieben um drei Räume handelt, und dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher NICHT (kostenfrei) zur Verfügung stehen - das dürfte aber u.E.gerne explizit in der Beschreibung bei Fewo auftauchen. Zudem war das WLAN für die meisten unserer mobilen Endgeräte die meiste Zeit quasi non-existent. Ansonsten war alles bestens - Anselmo und Frau wie schon von anderen beschrieben sehr nett und bemüht, das Appartement sauber, die Terrasse groß, der Blick sehr schön.

Abbiamo soggiornato con tutta la mia famiglia in questo sito per una settimana, posto pulito, organizzato e spazioso. Grande plateatico esterno vista mare. Abbiamo trascorso 14 giorni in totale relax, l'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort dalla lavatrice alla lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e tutti gli accessori utili per la cucina. La posizione è perfetta essendo sopraelevata rispetto al livello del mare, la sera si gode di un bel venticello e anche durante il giorno la casa rimane sempre fresca.La spiaggia di S. Andrea è raggiungibile a piedi in 5/6 minuti al ritorno qualcosina in più vista la salita.Un particolare ringraziamento ad Anselmo e consorte per i preziosi consigli sulle spiagge da visitare e sui luoghi in cui fare la spesa, per ben 2 volte ho utilizzato la griglia con la carbonella e Anselmo me l'ha fatta trovare perfettamente pulita.In sintesi a nostro parere casa consigliatissima 5 stelle meritate.

Diese schöne Ferienwohnung mit zwei (!) Bädern und einer sehr großen Terrasse mit phantastischem Blick lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bäcker und mini-Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar sowie einige Restaurants/ Pizzerien/Bars. Der Ort ist noch recht ursprünglich, viele Läden noch inhabergeführt, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Hier kann man in Ruhe entspannen, baden, wandern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Kochbesteck ist ausreichend, aber manchmal muss man sich etwas behelfen (uns hat z. B. eine Spaghettizange gefehlt). Diese Kleinigkeiten tun dem sehr guten Gesamteindruck aber keinen Abbruch. Wie haben uns sehr gut erholt!

die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und entspricht den Bildern. Es ist insgesamt ein großer Raum, der durch halbhohe Mauern unterteilt ist in Küche, Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Die Badezimmer sind separat. Wir mussten für Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra bezahlen (50€ bei 4 Personen und 2-wöchigem Aufenthalt, mit einem Wechsel der Wäsche nach einer Woche). Das fand ich etwas ungewöhnlich und hatte ich in dieser Form noch nicht. Ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und das Vermieterpaar ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hat uns mit frischen Zitronen aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnt. Auch wurde ein Grill zur Verfügung gestellt, der regelmäßig, wenn wir weg waren, sogar gereinigt wurde. Vielen Dank dafür.

Wir waren Mitte April auf Elba in der Ferienwohnung von Anselmo und Franka. Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus, in Hanglage mit Blick auf die Berge und das nahe Meer. Im Ort gibt es fußläufig mehrere Restaurants (erst ab Ostern geöffnet), ein kleiner Alimento und eine Strandbar. Vom Strand in S. Andrea führen kleine Fusswege durch die Felsenküste in benachbarte Buchten – traumhaft schön! Leider war es zu unserer Reisezeit noch etwas kalt und die Wohnung nachts kühl, aber Franka und Anselmo versorgten uns liebevoll mit warmen Decken. Ganz herzlichen Dank :*

Anselmo und Franka sind wunderbare Gastgeber, man fühlt sich sehr wohl bei Ihnen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz für Familien. Von der grosszügigen Terasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Meerblick und trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man schnell zu Fuss am Meer. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder hier Ferien machen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hell, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die rießige Terrasse ist wunderschön und man hat einen sagenhaften Blick auf Meer und Natur. Für die Terrasse stehen auch genügend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Anselmo und seine Frau sind immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir schließen uns auch den vorherigen Bewertungen an, in den viel positives gesagt wird. Sehr zu empfehlen wäre einen oder zwei Ventilatoren mitzunehmen, da in der Wohnung keine Klimaanlage installiert ist und es im August schon sehr heiß war. Die schöne Bucht von Sant Andrea ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Rückweg ist jedoch bei Hitze etwas anstrengender. Der Strand war jetzt im August etwas voll, was aber zu erwarten war. Da wir mit Hund und Kind in der Wohnung waren, haben wir es bevorzugt morgens und abends an den Strand zu gehen. Für Hundebesitzer ist Sant Andrea zu empfehlen. Wir hatten nie Probleme wenn wir mit Hund in´s Wasser gegangen sind, haben uns jedoch an die Zeiten (bis 09:00 Uhr und ab 19:00 Uhr) gehalten. Auch sind in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung gute Restaurants zu Fuß ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Vielen Dank nochmals für die sehr schöne Zeit auf Elba!!

Anselmo und seine Frau haben uns herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist hell, sehr sauber und perfekt zur Ferien Nutzung ausgestattet. Mit zwei Bädern, ein Traum. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, von einer Kaffeemaschine, über Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Toaster gibt es einfach alles. Im Außenbereich hat man eine großzügige Terrasse mit Liegen und einem Blick zum 5 Minuten entfernten Meer :). Anselmo ist ein toller Mensch und hilft wo er kann. Sogar mit Zitronen aus dem eigenen Garten hat er uns versorgt. Sant Andrea ist ein kleines, feines Dörfchen. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es, den großen Einkauf sollte man in Marciana Marina erledigen. Das Meer bietet in Sant Andrea sowohl Sandstrand, als auch riesige, runde Felsenplatten auf den man direkt ins Meer springen kann, aber auch bequem liegen kann. Alles in Allem ein toller Ort zum Verweilen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Anselmo. Vielen Dank!!!

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich durchdacht und hochwertig ausgestattet. Nicht nur einheitliches Geschirr und Gläser, sondern auch Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Parmesan-Reibe, Nudelsieb, Toaster, Grill ...... Wir hatten viel Platz. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Morgensonne und eine Terrasse mit Abendsonne - für uns war aber eher der Schatten wichtig, da es sehr heiß war. Es gibt Parkplätze am Haus. Anselmo und seine Frau sind sehr hilfsbereit. Vom Haus ist man in 10min zu Fuß am Strand. Der war - wie alle anderen im August - sehr voll. Aber wenn man auf die Felsen ausweicht, findet sich ein ruhiges Plätzchen. In den kleinen Läden kann man sich mit frischem Brot, Obst, Gemüse für den kleinen Bedarf eindecken.

Una vacanza al TOP! Location fantastica, casa nuova e super accessoriata (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, BBQ, ) e pulitissima. La terrazza e la vista sono fantastiche. Anselmo e la moglie sono due padroni di casa molto gentili sempre pronti a consigliare cose da vedere. La spiaggia si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi (al ritorno un pò di più.. tutta salita). A sant'andrea c'è poca vita mondana ma a noi andava bene così. Peccato.... essere rimasti solo una settimana!!! GRAZIE ANSELMO!!!!!

La casa è semplicemente perfetta, interamente ristrutturata con 2 bagni splendidi e cucina super accessoriata completa di lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Il Sig. Anselmo e consorte ci hanno fatto trovare l'appartamento pulitissimo e si sono resi disponibili fin da subito con simpatia e nel contempo discrezione. Ci hanno dato preziosi consigli per le spiaggie da visitare e per ristoranti nei dintorni dove poter mangiare ed ogni loro suggerimento è stato prezioso. Che dire...una vacanza meravigliosa per la ns famiglia composta da marito, moglie una bambina ed un cane boxer che per loro è stato subito il benvenuto. Grazie, grazie e ancora grazie! Ho soggiornato nel mese di settembre nell'appartamento di Franca e Anselmo e devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto. La casa è completa di tutte le comodità ed è situata in posizione strategica per visitare l'isola e per fare una vacanza di vero relax lontano dalla confusione. Franca e Anselmo sono sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza e a dare consigli utili sulle spiagge da visitare o sugli itinerari escursionistici da non perdere. un caro saluto

L'appartamento è esattamente quello che si vede nelle foto, anzi le foto non gli rendono giustizia. Assolutamente pulito e con arredamento nuovo e ben accessoriato con tutto quello che serve inclusa lavastoviglie e lavatrice (manca solo il forno). La suddivisone delle "stanze" con semplici mezze/pareti rendono l'appartamento ampio e luminoso. Entrambi i bagni presenti nell'appartamento hanno la doccia entrambi con piatto molto grande...una vera comomodità. La verà chicca però di questo appartamento è la terrazza in parte coperta dove trovano spazio tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto mentre il resto della terrazza è attrezzata con Barbecue, 2 lettini da mare e 2 sdraio ed ombrellone e per finire a pochi metri dalla terrazza il posto auto in area privata !. La casa sembra lontana dal mare ma in realta a piedi saranno circa 300 mt e la piccola spiaggia è stata una vera sorpesa...acqua cristallina e servita di tutto . I proprietari Anselmo e Franco sono di una disponibilità e gentilezza incredibile sempre pronti ad essere d'aiuto in caso di bisogno ma estremamente discreti . Vivono a pochi passi dall'appartamento ma di fa fatica a notare la loro presenza. Ci tengono molto a lasciare ai propri inquilini un bel ricordo della vacanza e con noi ci sono riusciti. Anselmo conosce benissimo l'Isola e potete affidarvi a lui per qualsiasi consiglio su cosa vedere, dove passare una giornata diversa in posti alternativi. Insomma raccomandatissimo ed ideale per una famiglia o una coppia di amici. Ho più di 50 anni e ho girato tante di regioni italiane ( e non) affittando sempre degli appartamenti...questo è l'unico, fin d'ora, a cui mi sento di dare 5 stelle!.
