Located in the heart of Paddington - 2 minute walk to the Paddington station with easy access all around to Central London. This charming flat offers a perfect mix of comfort and convenience. The bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the modern living room is beautifully designed with elegant furnishings and warm lighting and ideal for relaxing after a day out in the city.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a cozy dinner. With its prime location and homely feel, this space is perfect for short or extended stays in central London.
Amenities: The flat offers 1 double bed with linen provided, along with 2 sofa beds and 1 foldout bed, all with linens provided. The bathroom comes with towels and toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stovetop, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, and all utensils, spices, tea, coffee, and cleaning products. On-street paid parking is available, and we can assist upon inquiry.
Access & Transport: You'll find a short 4-6 minute walk to either Lancaster Gate Underground Station or Paddington Underground Station (Central line and Bakerloo/Circle/District/Hammersmith & City lines respectively). Paddington station offers a direct connection to the rest of London and beyond, and there are bus stops just around the corner too, making it very easy to get around.
Suitability: This home is ideal for families, re-locators, insurance stays, business stays (discounts apply to month+ bookings), contractors, couples, and friends.
Guest access
You will use the entire apartment with your own kitchen and bathroom - no sharing. The flat is located on the first floor (1 x flight of stairs to climb) - and we are very sorry we don't have elevators!
Door Lock Codes: The lock box code to access the main building door and apartment door keys is changed at every check-out. You will receive the personal code one day before your arrival.
The door code is exclusively for you to access the building door and your apartment, please do not share it.

Guest Number: The apartment is prepared according to the number of guests on the reservation, please ensure you enter the correct guest number.
ID request: Photo ID could be required before arrival to prevent fraud. Since the apartment has self-check-in, this helps ensure the safety of all guests in the building.
Late Check-In / Check-Out: We're happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when requested in advance, subject to availability. An additional fee applies - please reach out to our team for more details.
Luggage Drop-Off: We can hold your luggage for a short period on the day of check-in or check-out (between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM) for a small fee. Kindly arrange this in advance.
Bedding Arrangements: Bedding is provided based on the number of guests on the booking. If you require additional bedding, please inform us before your arrival so we can prepare accordingly. Requests made after check-in may incur an extra charge.
Quiet Hours & No Parties: We kindly ask guests to respect our quiet hours and avoid loud music or parties, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents in the building.
Key Security: Please take care of the keys during your stay. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.
