Like the decor n layout but alot of areas looked as if they had been repaired n floor was quite dusty.
Host was great though n keep me updated at all times.
Just the dusty flooring which made us all wear our socks around the place as we didnt bring our slippers.

We had a great one-night stay at this two-bedroom apartment near Paddington Station. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, with lots of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great. About a block from Paddington station. Air conditioning also worked good.
The apartment had not been cleaned at all and the beds were all dirty, bathroom was dirty with only used towels wet on floor by shower.
The sofa couch was worn out with stains and holes in fabric of cushions.
I reached out to the owner/manager via booking and they basically told me that I just needed to understand that their cleaner was really busy. We arrived after traveling from over seas exhausted. Walking into dirty bed sheets and bathroom was very upsetting. Then being blown off about our concerns was even more upsetting. I asked when we could expect ot to be cleaned and fresh sheets and towels and I was told they didn't know. I also specifically requested toilet paper because their was none in the apartment.
The apartment was cleaned about two hours later. No toilet paper was ever provided.
I would just say, the location worked well for us. The AC worked good which was great because it was 90F 2 out of 3 days we were in London. But the communication was frustrating. I felt like I was messaging AI because the responses were very generic and they didn't really attempt to make right the problems we immediately encountered when we first arrived.
It was really expensive for a place that wasn't cleaned, and never even provided toilet paper.
I would not recommend.
