The Genoa vacation rental is a high-end, maritime-themed, non-smoking apartment spanning 61 square meters. On the two south-facing terraces, you’ll find garden chairs, a table, and a parasol. From every window of this vacation rental—and also from the terraces—you have a direct view of the marina facilities. The windows in both bedrooms and in the living room are floor-to-ceiling. A maritime view is guaranteed.
The living room features a dining table with six chairs, a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two, and an armchair. A separate wardrobe is available for guests staying in the living room. For entertainment, a large flat-screen TV is at your disposal. Your vacation rental has a cable connection. A selection of board games is also waiting for you here. Your large bedroom features a double bed with height-adjustable slatted frames. Bedside tables, reading lamps, and coat racks are available for your use. The large closet will serve you well. The small bedroom features two single beds. The slatted frames here are also height-adjustable. The wardrobe, coat racks, and nightstands with their matching reading lamps will provide you with ample storage space for your luggage. Your high-quality, star-rated kitchen is fully equipped for your use. All bedroom windows are equipped with fly screens, and the patio doors each have an insect screen. Blackout curtains are available in all bedrooms. Each vacation rental provides a travel crib and a high chair free of charge. Parking spaces in Lagunenstadt am Haff can be booked as an option. Smoking is not permitted in any of the vacation rentals, and you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend to many of the accommodations.
The Lagoon Town
The Lagoon Town on the Haff is located in the immediate vicinity of the Uecker River’s mouth where it flows into the Szczecin Lagoon. The lagoon, which has direct access to the Baltic Sea, is a perfect starting point for all kinds of water sports. The lagoon town offers 380 boat berths, a boat fueling station, a boat ramp, and parking areas for boat trailers. If you don’t want to bring your own boat, you can use our rental service located in the harbor on the lagoon. Motorboats, jet skis, and canoes are available for rent here. Boats that don’t require a license are also available.
Aside from its maritime location, the spacious, well-maintained facility offers much more. For sports activities, there’s a beach volleyball court, a basketball hoop, and a small soccer field. A children’s playground is also available here. In the lagoon town, there’s a bistro where you can also enjoy breakfast. If you’d prefer to prepare your own meals, you can use the bread roll delivery service on the premises. The barbecue area for your own cookouts rounds out the amenities.
Ueckermünde Beach
The fine sandy beach of Ueckermünde, located just 200 meters from Lagunenstadt, is equally popular with all beachgoers. When it comes to dining, you can choose from various fish and snack stands or stop by the beautiful beach hall. In addition to beach volleyball courts, a bungee trampoline, and a mini-golf course, the water sports center is a real crowd-pleaser.

The seaside resort of Ueckermünde is a small town over 750 years old that has been beautifully restored. The town’s central square is the market square. Concerts are frequently held here in the summer. The market square is also the starting point for various guided tours of the town. Many restaurants dot the townscape. Otherwise, the usual range of services found in a German seaside resort is available within walking distance—from banks to pharmacies, from supermarkets to boutiques. Special highlights certainly include the town cinema and the pier of the Oderhaff Reederei Peters, which offers not only tours of the lagoon but also excursions to Usedom and Poland.
