The Luv vacation rental is a high-end, maritime-themed, non-smoking apartment that spans 65 square meters. The two bedrooms face the quiet inner courtyard, and from the living room, kitchen, and terrace, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the marina facilities. Here, too, you’ll find boats and a maritime atmosphere right at your fingertips. On the south-facing terrace, you’ll find garden chairs, a table, and a parasol.

Your living room features a dining table with six chairs, a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two, and an armchair. For entertainment, a large flat-screen TV is available. Your vacation rental has a cable connection. A selection of board games is also waiting for you here.
Your large bedroom features a double bed with height-adjustable slatted frames. Bedside tables, reading lamps, coat racks, and a mirror are all here for your use. The large closet and the luggage rack will serve you well. You’re also welcome to use the safe. The small bedroom features two single beds measuring 80 x 200 cm. The three-door wardrobe here also offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. Your new kitchen is fully equipped. It includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, plenty of dishes, a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer combo, and other appliances. A special highlight here is the small bistro table by the window. There, you can enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the seagulls and herons in the harbor basin. A washing machine is also available for your use. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower niche, storage shelves, and a hair dryer. There’s plenty of space here for your personal belongings. In the hallway, you’ll find a coat rack, a sideboard, and a mirror. The Luv vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the Regatta building at Entrance 2. The Vacation Apartments
Our vacation apartments in Ueckermünde are high-quality, fully furnished units located right on the waterfront. All bedroom windows are equipped with fly screens, and the patio doors each have an insect screen. Blackout curtains are available in all bedrooms. Each vacation rental provides a travel crib and a high chair free of charge. Parking spaces are available for an additional fee in the lagoon town on the Haff. Smoking is not permitted in any of the vacation rentals, and you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend to many of the accommodations.
The Lagoon Town
The Lagoon Town on the Haff is located in the immediate vicinity of the Uecker River’s mouth where it flows into the Szczecin Lagoon. The lagoon, which has direct access to the Baltic Sea, is a perfect starting point for all kinds of water sports. The Lagoon City offers 380 boat berths, a boat fueling station, a boat ramp, and parking areas for boat trailers. If you don’t want to bring your own boat, you can use our rental service located in the harbor on the lagoon. Motorboats, jet skis, and canoes are available for rent here. Boats that don’t require a license are also available.
Aside from its maritime location, the spacious, well-maintained resort has much more to offer. For sports activities, there’s a beach volleyball court, a basketball hoop, and a small soccer field. A children’s playground is also available here. In the lagoon town, there’s a bistro at your disposal, and breakfast is also served here. If you’d like to prepare your own meals, you can use the bread roll delivery service on the premises. The barbecue area for your own barbecues rounds out the amenities.
Ueckermünde Beach
The fine sandy beach of Ueckermünde, located just 200 meters from Lagunenstadt, is equally popular with all beachgoers. When it comes to dining, you can choose from various fish and snack stands or stop by the beautiful beach hall. In addition to beach volleyball courts, a bungee trampoline facility, and a mini-golf course, the water sports center is a real crowd-pleaser.
The Seaside Resort of Ueckermünde
The seaside resort of Ueckermünde is a small town over 750 years old that has been beautifully restored. The town’s central square is the market square. Concerts are frequently held here in the summer. The market square is also the starting point for various guided tours of the town. Many restaurants dot the townscape. Otherwise, the usual range of services found in a German seaside resort is available within walking distance—from banks to pharmacies, from supermarkets to boutiques. Special highlights certainly include the town cinema and the pier of the Oderhaff Reederei Peters, which offers not only tours of the lagoon but also excursions to Usedom and Poland. The zoo in Ueckermünde is always worth a visit. A special highlight is our 3D black-light indoor mini-golf course in Ueckermünde’s old train station. It’s the perfect change of pace after—or instead of—a day at the beach.
