Located in Cassis, this spacious 41 m² loft welcomes up to 4 guests with 1 mezzanine bedroom and 1 bathroom. The mezzanine bedroom features a 160 cm bed overlooking the pool. The living room offers a 140 cm sofa bed with an extra mattress, perfect as additional sleeping space for a short stay or for children. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, microwave, mini oven, electric barbecue, coffee makers, kettle, washing machine, and TV. The loft provides air conditioning, Wi-Fi, separate toilet, and a walk-in shower. Please note: the air conditioning is installed high on the living room wall (ground floor), and cool air is shared with the mezzanine bedroom. An adjustable fan (upper area) and an extra fan are provided during warm periods.



Enjoy a private garden with exotic plants and a covered terrace. The pool, unheated (natural temperature), is shared only with the owner, whose apartment is at the opposite end. The pool can be lit in the evening. Around it: tables, chairs, parasols, loungers, and shaded armchairs. The wind (mistral) may bring in leaves or pine twigs, which are removed each morning. The pool is secured by an electric cover.



You have a private garage at the entrance (vehicles up to 1.75 m high; taller vehicles park outside). One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Events are not permitted; the loft is not suitable for young children or non-swimmers.



The loft is on a quiet street by the river, 250 m from the port and beaches, where only cicadas will wake you. The property is fenced and secure, ideal for Marseille-Cassis race participants, with easy access to the last refreshment point in the nearby public garden.
