Dommage pour le côté impersonnel de la prise et la remise des clés de l'appartement ! Un code et un petit casier pour la réception de la clé, et le dépôt de cette même clé dans une boîte aux lettres à la fin du séjour.

The apartment enjoys a fantastic location with stunning views over Cassis and the surrounding coastline. We also appreciated the prompt assistance on our arrival day when our son required medical attention; the property contacted the emergency medical service on our behalf, for which we were very grateful.

We booked for two adults and two children, but on arrival only the main double bed had been prepared. The beds in the second bedroom were folded away, and insufficient bedding was provided for us to make them up properly ourselves. Although we raised this with the property immediately, the issue was not resolved during our stay. During the stay, we reported several maintenance issues, including a broken blind in the children's bedroom (making it impossible to darken the room), a very noisy air-conditioning unit in the main bedroom, a broken bathroom door lock, and a noisy washing machine. We also experienced difficulties accessing the swimming pool, which was one of the features that attracted us to the property in the first place. The property encourages guests to report problems and states that it is responsive. However, after the initial contact regarding the bedding, our subsequent messages received only AI-generated responses during the remainder of our stay, despite the issues being reported promptly and through the contact method provided.
