About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 180 m² house with swimming pool, which sleeps up to 12 people, to let in Le Val.
It comprises a living room, a fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,400 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A large 60 m² living room with a double sofa bed, dining room and separate kitchen.
- Bedroom 1 : a master suite with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double sofa bed
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
Upstairs (independent space with access via outside staircase):
- Bedroom 4 and 5: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 10 x 5 m, fenced with child safety, open from May to September
- A club house with pizza oven
- A lovely 2,400 m² private enclosed garden
- Several south-facing terraces of around 20 m², covered and furnished to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Le Val, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Discover the village and its heritage
- Tasting the local gastronomy
- Walks and hikes in the hills and forests around the village
- Sports: golf, tennis, running, go-karting, horse-riding nearby
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard of the house (4 spaces maximum).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Carnoules, about 30 km away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, approx. 70 km away

- All five rooms are air-conditioned.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
