Nice place, suitable for families with kids, swimming pool in the hotel area. Breakfasts was very good. Shower cubicle in the room was perfect. Close beach with free parking at the beach.

Missing air-conditioning at the room or any recuperation, missing soap or hand gel at the handbasin, there was shower gel at the shower, but fixed to the wall. We had a room at ground floor and when we let open the balcony door, we had a lot of grass and dry leafs in the room, especially wneh the gardener blow its out from sidewalk.

Fridge was very old and it did not work well at all. Additionally, rooms are not very well isolated. You may hear everything your neighbor doing. Good for families, okayish for couples, not ideal for singles.

Le petit déjeuner était correct. L'emplacement correct également

Il faudrait revoir l'insonorisation du logement, on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors (obligé de me lever à 0h15 pour faire taire des personnes sur un balcon par côté de notre logement) et chez les voisins également. Surtout à revoir la literie inconfortable. Dans l'ensemble, logement un peu vieillot et besoin de rafraîchissement (peinture se décolle dans la salle de bain).

Personnel d’accueil bien.

La chambre était pour une personne à mobilité réduite, donc lavabo trop bas malgré ma petite taille, toilette trop haut. Pas de Clim très chaud Finition à revoir au niveau de la chambre notamment les tuyaux de la douche. Pas de ne pas déranger, du coup la personne est venue à 9h. Le petit déjeuner a tout juste 10h01, tout était déjà rangé…

Pas de clim , nous avons pas dormis de la nuit de la chaleur. C’est vraiment pas humain ça devrait être obligatoire , j ai passé la nuit dans la douche . Franchement je déconseille avec cette grosse chaleur .

Fazit: Katastrophe

Nichts

1. Die Adresse sowie Koordinaten, die extra per Mail (automatisier dreifach) übermittelt wurden, waren falsch. Wir sind über eine Stunde umhergeirrt statt den angezeigten 5 min Fahrweg vom Strand. 2. Die Lage war im Landesinneren und nicht innerhalb der Stadt wie angezeigt. 3. Die Straßen sind superschmal, dazu gab es vorab keinen Hinweis. Gegenverkehr…Horror. 4. Angekommen….eine Anlage die offensichtlich nicht korrekt beschrieben ist. Direkt an den Weinberg gelegen, sind die Zimmer zum Pool ausgerichtet. 5. Der Pool? Verdient nicht den Namen, gr. Planschbecken. 6. Auf die Reklamation und den Stress der Suche sowie falsche Versprechen wurde nicht eingegangen. 7. Es wurde dann auch noch das mieseste- oder wenns schlecht aussieht der Standard- gezeigt mit Blick aufs Planschbecken aus einem super kaltem nackten Zimmer. Ergo- Wir sind sofort abgereist.
