On the first floor: * a 23 m2 terrace with an electric plancha, lounge area, and garden table; 2 adult bicycles available (Please be careful—helmets are not provided)
*On the first floor: a living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen area (washer; dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster...), 1 restroom, air conditioning.
*First floor:
• one bedroom with a double bed, TV
• one bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer)
• a sleeping alcove with one single bed
*Second floor: one bedroom with a double bed.
Travel essentials and linens are provided: bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, dish towels...
The house enjoys a peaceful setting, ideally located just 250 meters from Miramar Beach, the Forum with its restaurants, bars, and shops, and the marina, which offers daily shuttle service to the islands of Porqueroles and Port Cros during the summer.
Plan lovely walks along the coastal path through the coves with the adjacent beaches of Léoube, Estagnol, and Cabasson.
Parking is available in a private, enclosed parking lot (particularly useful in summer).
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, which is available to you free of charge.
A Wi-Fi speaker is also available.
The security deposit (refundable) of €400, as well as the mandatory final cleaning fee of €80, are to be paid upon arrival. During a health crisis, ensuring your well-being is our top priority.
