In the residence Simone Berriau, secure closed with direct access to the beach of the residence near the Salins and Ayguade, very nice apartment T3 renovated air-conditioned, on the ground floor.
Ideal for families, not overlooked, secure, ideal for children, playground, comfortable and functional equipped as at home (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer, 2 real rooms .
Residence in a secure park with caretaker. Recent equipment and quality, new bedding in 160 in room 1, room 2 with loft bed (sleeping 140 and sleeping 90 in the top), fully air-conditioned
In an idyllic setting for a quiet holiday, with south-facing terrace overlooking a garden and the sea, boules field, ping pong tables, playground for children nearby.
