A good holiday in a well-situated studio apartment with a superb view, but the mosquitos were bad!

Excellent location in a friendly little community. Beautiful views from the terrace. Air conditioning! It is a good base to explore Hyères and the surrounding area. We liked visiting the Ile de Porquerolles by boat, also hilltop villages Gassin and Ramatuelle.

Extreme temperatures (38/39°) and the mosquitos, not the fault of the property! We couldn't spend time on the terrace because of the heat and the mosquitos (we used sprays but still got bitten). We had to keep the shutters closed to keep out the sun! The main space contained the small kitchen facilities, the pull down bed and the sofa, so it was a bit small. The second bed was up a ladder, not in a separate room, but that was clear from the description.

Seul intérêt de ce studio sans charme et sans confort est la terrasse

La terrasse et la proximité de la plage sont les seuls atouts de ce studio. Par contre vous allez être coincé dans ce studio sans confort, les jours du mauvais temps. Il n'y a rien d'un studio soit disant "deluxe" . Quartier calme, mais loin du centre ville.

Lit caché dans un meuble. Le lit est vraiment très inconfortable. Matelas très dur (pourtant je préfère des matelas ferme) , il est aussi trop petit pour 2 personnes (190cm×140 cm) Il y a également un vieux canapé qui ne sert à rien, mais qui est surtout encombrant quand le lit est posé. On trouve également une petite table pliable en tôle avec 2 chaises pliable pour les jours du mauvais temps, ou on ne peux pas utiliser la terrasse. L' équipement de la cuisine est composé des vieilleries des années 80. Des poêles et casseroles très abîmées, vielles petits verres et couverts. Il y a 2!! grandes tasses style cantine d'école. Il y a un! vieux mug, probablement oublié par un client. Aucun couteau de cuisine utilisable. La bouilloire et le grille pain mentionné dans l'annoce n'existent pas. L'ensemble n'a aucun charme, ni de confort.

Il n'y a que la mer qui a pu nous retenir de partir.

L'emplacement.

Clim en panne en pleine canicule, pas réparée depuis plusieurs semaine et d'une saleté repoussante. Obligés de dormir dehors tellement il faisait chaud. Eclairage salle de bain en panne également depuis longtemps. Pas de verres à eau. Moustiquaire HS comme la clim. Plus de 40 degrés sur la mezzanine. Je demande un remboursement.

Bene ma non benissimo

Ottima posizione fra le saline e il mare due passi da svariate spiagge anche a piedi ci si arriva in due minuti. Bellissimo terrazzo con visto sul mare ci si mangia anche se sedie e tavolo scomodi e al massimo per tre persone. E il piccolo borgo sotto è pieno di ristoranti, È vicino c’è un piccolo alimentare dove si può può fare anche colazione spendendo il giusto Tra l’altro gente molto cortese.

Manutenzione e pulizia da rivedere climatizzatore con muffa all’interno ben visibile ,zanzariera rotta su tutta la lunghezza in bagno su tre luci ne andava una e abbiamo trovato anche le formiche appena arrivati. Il letto a scomparsa più scomodo, ma mai provato E vi assicuro che non siamo schizzinosi.
