Quality of the accommodation was first class. The resort and its beach are excellent.

Unlike during my previous stays at this resort sufficient numbers of other holidaymakers did not respect the late night noise restriction. It wasn’t enough to spoil the holiday but it was a nuisance having to wait until well after midnight for some pitches to settle down.

Great location, great staff - needs updating / upgrading.

It was very central on the site which made it really easy to reach all parts of the complex. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had a few issues and they sorted them quite quickly. This accommodation was run by a small family who made us welcome.

The accommodation was very tired and old, it had a few issues (most of these were sorted) - The water was not great, we were unable to get a good shower at any point during the week, it was either scalding hot (occassionally) or freezing cold (most of the time)

Last minute stay, won’t be staying again

The site appeared to have good facilities.

Checking in was very clumsy Had to wait an extra hour and wasn't allowed a later check out to accommodate. (Check out was 10am but a representative arrived to check l our van at 9.30am) Extremely expensive for the accommodation provided plus extra costs for bed linen. Felt very unwelcome and the van check post stay was most unpleasant.

Wonderful place, great facilities and very safe for children

The mobile home was in excellent condition and a great location. The staff at rent paradise were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived.

Cabin rented Port Grimaud prairies de la Mer (rent paradise)

Location, atmosphere, cosy, lively, swimming area and pool

The cabin/home was of poor quality, pretty small. we booked for the 2 of us a 4 person cabin but living area, bedroom, toilet are puppet size In the swimming area you had to pay an additional fee for comfortable beds and sun protection. The std available ones were very uncomfortable

Great site with a lovely location and beach Lots of facilities for families with a useful shop and 'Picnic' for the nights when you dont want to cook Great pool with a cafe Lots of activities too such as clubs for children, tennis courts and a gym 5 star

The accommodation was quite old for the price - the deck could have done with some updating. The towels we were given were quite old too and we asked for the gas bottle to be replaced as this was quite low it was not done. The staff were very friendly and responsive apart from this. Our location was very close to the pool but 5-10 mins walk from the shop and beach.

we were only there for 2 days but it was soooooooo hard to navigate our way around the premises. lots of signage up but needs a sticker on each one showing ‘you are here’ symbols. no toilet in the longbar area.

Fun stay in the beautiful Cote d'Azur

The campsite is amazing. Very luxurious. The pool and beach are increadible. The supermarktet, food/bar and entertainment are perfect! The mobilehome is small, though very spacious. Especially the kitchen/fridge are great. The deck is also spacious and lovely shady. You can park your car right next to your home. The staff is very sweet and helpful.

The picture of the type of mobilhome can very from what you get. We were expecting a lovely wooden home, but got a more white-plastic type. Which was fine, but not what we expected.

I love how close we were to the amazing pool, beach and restaurants. The food in Picnic wasn't expensive and had so much choice. Happy hour every night, and the entertainment at was night was great fun. I loved how dog friendly the area was. T

There was nothing I didn't enjoy about our stay. Jean Claude was extremely easy to deal with and always just a phone call away.

I just like to say,that cleaning fee that holiday camp charge is ridiculous. Or you can clean yourself 🙄 I don't think this works,why resort cannot include all in to price,specially with Covid ext,lots of flaf, and not so enjoyable at the end😒😒😒just very big minus for this.

Superb

The whole park is nice and clean and u didn’t feel the size due to the greenery. Parking slot next to the mobile home (for 1 car). The amenities (Pool, bar, Beach) quite nice. And due to the slowly opening after lockdown not to busy. St. Tropez, Old Grimaud reachable by car (15-25 min). Staff had been friendly. Pool is fantastic for families traveling with kids. (We stayed there for 3 nights 2 adults 1 kid). Our mobile home can easily pack up to 6 pax ( then price is even more value)

The plan/ signs on the park are not really good for some without orientation ;-). Only the pool security was a little strange about wearing mask and to show the armrest.

Campsite was not at full capacity so we were disappointed to be given a mobile home far from the beach and next to the noisy road.

Passable

Good location close to the beach, Port Grimaude is just outside the camping. Mobile homes from Rentparadise are a bit to close from the street tough. Camping itself is great with a beautiful beach. In october it looked abandoned and the vegetation neglected.

I didn't like how Rentparadìse treat their clients and I can compare it with other capings. They charge EUR 250 bail and realesed it after one month. They don't clean the mobilehomes but let clients do it what in the times of coronavirus is absolutely not enough. You have to take all the dishes out before leaving and their checking if anything is missing. Also only one person is speaking english and after leaving they didn't answer my mails. For this money I don't recomend.

Good

Port Grimaud is very nice, live music at the bar in the evenings was good. Very clean common areas. Reception ladies and Jean-Claude were amazing.

We did not like that much our little mobile home, very plasticky and squeaky. Not very clean when we arrived. Food was a bit boring in restaurants on site.
