Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und der Vermieter ist sehr gut erreichbar und sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit dort. Die Dachterasse ist ein Traum.

Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln :)

Excellent communication leading up to arrival with very clear instructions for property. Pictures do not do the space justice, very spacious and bright with high ceilings, large terrace and stunning views! Perfect location to explore the Cote d'Azure. Loved the gated community and how well maintained the grounds are. Could not recommend more! Loved, loved. loved!

No wifi available but not the end of the world. A tea towel and cloth would have been handy for drying up dishes and wiping down surfaces.

First of all I would like to thank to the owner of the property Nicolai for detailed instructions and comuncation before our arrival. Besides, on our last day we had late flight from Nice, and Nicolai let us check-out later in the afternoon, as the appartment was free that night. So we felt us very welcome, even we didn't meet Nicolai personally, just communicating through emails :) The arrival was very easy, as the keys were in the codebox before the door. The location of Alamic is in quiet and beautiful place and the views from the terrace and window are amazing. There is everything necessary to prepare food and we spent unforgettable evenings having meal on the terrace. The way to the beach is about 10 min walk. The apartment is very nice, decorated in Mediterranian sea style. We felt us very comfortable.

Everything was great. Once we will return to spend more time in this place. We are in love with Port Grimaud and Alamic apartment.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr einfach und ich habe viele Informationen schon vorab per mail erhalten. Dies hat mir gut gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist natürlich perfekt und die Parkplatzmöglichkeit vorm Haus war super. Der Zugang zur Wohnung war einfach und genaustens beschrieben. Das wars dann leider für mich auch schon....

Wenn man die Wohnung betritt - also ins Vorzimmer kommt, ist linkerhand gleich mal das Stockbett! mit Vorhang - welcher schon mal nicht mehr der neueste und sauberste war. Befremdlich aber naja - rechts geht man gleich ins Badezimmer, welches nicht nur schmutzig war, sondern die Dusche auch schon schimmlig. In der ganzen Wohnung gibt es außer einem dreckigen Wischmopp keinerlei Putzmittel. So bin ich gleich mal einkaufen gefahren. Denn auch im Schlafzimmer lag der Staub - im ersten Stock war das Wohnzimmer und die Küche - die Gläser und Tassen, waren schmutzig - somit musste ich um die Wohnung beziehen zu können, alles putzen. Die Außenjalousie war auch nicht perfekt, hat aber dann doch funktioniert. Dafür verlangt der Vermieter eine entsprechend hohe Miete und eine Kaution von € 250,-. Ich hab die Wohnung nach 2 Tagen verlassen - die Putzmittel habe ich in der Wohnung gelassen, denn es braucht Putzmittel um 1 Woche oder auch nur Tage wo wohnen zu können. Kein Staubsauger, 1 !!! Geschirrtuch - für mich! nicht bewohnbar.... LEIDER - die Rückzahlung der Kaution hat problemlos geklappt - na aber eh klar... ich hab die Wohnung sauberer hinterlassen, als vorgefunden. Die Bewertungen kann ich leider nicht nachvollziehen... Sorry.
