Freshly renovated apartment with two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, a very bright living room in a condominium with a parking space in the basement and a beautiful swimming pool. The residence is private and monitored.
The apartment is fully equipped and enjoys a quiet and privileged location. Close to the water, it is located a few minutes from the La Foux shopping center. 4 km from Saint-Tropez and 9 km from St Maxime. There are means in troubleshooting to accommodate two additional people.

Great property, accurately reflected in the photos. Really good location with shared pool, walking distance (20min walk) to port grimaud and port cogolin.Frederic was really helpful in the run up to our stay. Would happily stay again.Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Great apartment for a family of 4. 2 bedrooms plus we used the sofa bed. Great outdoor space to sit, eat and use the washing line. We loved the pool as well. Port Cogolin is a good 30 minutes walk from restaurants of Port Grimaud and equal distance between 2 ferry points to travel to St Tropez. Our mid sized car was a tight squeeze into the car park space.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schön geschnittene Wohnung in einer großen, ruhigen Gesamtanlage mit Gemeinschaftspool und Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist mit guten Einbaugeräten ausgestattet und hat eine tolle, große Terrasse. Leider war das Geschirr und die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt und die Erstattung des Reinigungsbetrages seitens des Vermieters wurde trotz Versprechend nicht eingehalten.
