A new and beautifully renovated property just 10 minutes (walking distance)away from the beach and 15 or less minutes away from the heart of the port and the islands city centre, ready to make you feel at home.
It is a duplex with a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your meals on your beautiful terrace. It is divided into two floors with the living room, the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom located on the first floor and the 2 bedrooms with the bathroom on the second one.
