The Urban Isla Downtown 7min walk from ferry

We have now stayed at George’s apartment twice, once in August 2025 and again in August 2026, both times for one week, and we were just as happy this time as we were the first time. The apartment is extremely clean, spacious, and very well maintained. It has three good-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, so it is very comfortable for a family or a group. It has everything needed for a longer stay, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and coffee machines (one Nespresso and one for filter coffee). The Wi-Fi works very well throughout the apartment, and all three bedrooms have their own air conditioning (and another one for the entrance/living room area). Everything shown in the listing reflects reality, and in our opinion, the place is even better than the pictures. George, the owner, takes great care of his guests and makes sure the apartment is like an oasis before we arrive: clean, cool, and ready for us to relax. The fridge was stocked with food and cold drinks when we arrived. These little touches really make a difference. We especially enjoyed the large balcony in the afternoons and evenings. The location is also excellent. It is about a 7-minute walk to the harbour, exactly as stated, and only 2 minutes from the busy centre of Aegina town. There is a local bakery just 1 minute away, a lovely pastry shop with delicious cakes and treats nearby, and a supermarket about 3 minutes away on foot. Most importantly, George is always extremely helpful, friendly, and available whenever we need anything. After staying here twice, we really feel that this apartment is our home away from home in Aegina. We would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay in Aegina town.

The house was very well set up, spotlessly clean, and in a fabulous location, and was very quiet and restful. It has large sized bedrooms, great air conditioning, full kitchen and laundry facilities. George was very helpful and kind, he had the apartment well stocked with very thoughtful extras (yoghurts, fruit, water, kitchen supplies), sunscreen, and creams. We will definitely stay again. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Konumu cok merkeziydi. Ev cok temiz teslim edildi. Ev sahibimiz bir otel rahatliginda destek oldu. 10 gunluk kalisimizda carsaflar, havlular ve banyo paspaslari degistirildi. Eve girisimiz aksam ustu oldugu icin icecegimiz su ve hatta yiyebilecegimiz bir cok seyle buzdolabi ikramlari yapildi. Oglumun denizde oynamasi icin deniz oyuncaklari verildi. Hava cok sicakti ancak her odada klima vardi. Her acidan cok memnun kaldigimiz bir misafirperverlik ile karsilastik.
