Location (but I would recommend to have a car, otherwise taxi is needed for comfortable shopping). Villa is in a residential area, mostly locals around. You have a fantastic view from the roof of the villa in the night. Friendly owner. Aircondition worked well. You can explore small hidden beaches nearby (northern part of the island), but you need a car to get to bigger beaches. We liked especially Marathona beach.
Everything was ok. The centre of the town (port) is about 20-25 min walk. The road is, however, not too great for pedestrians, we used mostly taxi which worked well.
