LIVAS Athens Voula garden bungalow

Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό δεν έλλειψε τίποτα από τις παροχές. Ήτα πολύ καθαρό και άνετο, ο ύπνος ήταν πολύ καλός ακόμα και σε αυτούς που κοιμήθηκαν στο καθιστικό. Το σπίτι ήταν δροσερό κατά την άφιξη μας κάτι που δεν συναντάς εύκολα και μας έκανε ευχάριστη εντύπωση. Η τοποθεσία του είναι πολύ καλή καθώς και το ότι είχε χώρο για το όχημα. Η κ. Λίβα η οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ ευγενική καθώς την γνωρίσαμε κατά αποχώρηση μας.

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι να μη δε μας άρεσε, Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά.

Fijne locatie op loopafstand van kleine winkelstraat met restaurants en cafés. Eén half uur met de auto naar het centrum van Athene en een kwartier naar varkiza beach ( mooi en betaalbaar) het huis is goed voorzien van schone beddengoed en strand/baddoeken. Wij waren heel laat aangekomen. En onze host had het goed geregeld voor het inchecken. Keukenspullen aanwezig en schoonmaakmiddelen. Douchen eerste dag was koud. Maar kon gelijk iets aangedaan worden en was voor de rest van de vakantie heel goed. Eigen parkeerplek. En goede airco.

Er zijn slaapplekken voor 5 personen. Maar het huisje is voor Max 4 geschikt. Sommige dingen hebben onderhoud nodig. Zoals de doucheput spoelt zooo langzaam door, dat het niet fijn was. Waterkoker was defect. Strijkplank half gebroken. De buitendeur moet op een bepaalde techniek op slot, is maar één keer gelukt! Sommige stopcontacten hingen los van de muur.

The house has all the facilities you need and kept very clean. Close to the beach.

The house is located in the backyard of a 5 floor apartment building and the area is very dirty till you reach the house space.

Very pleasant woman who helped us with the apartment😍 the apartment had everything we needed even more! Towels in the apartment and other ones for the beach, the umbrella for the beach is a very important tool! All kitchen utencils and other stuff for living. I was 100% satisfied with that. That was a great place with a patio to chill out in the evening. 700 m and you're on a free beach (with sand and stones a bit). We've visited 6 beaches in 7 days, the beach near our place wasn't the worst, a pretty nice beach but with a bit of rubbish as most free beaches in Greece.

There were some moments but in general, I didn't pay much attention on it as the whole vacation was comportable for me
