Boutique77 Luxury Apartment

We didn’t want to stay directly in Athens just because of the heat and how busy it can be. So we selected this location that was a little further away from closer to the beach. It was perfect. We were within 15 minute walk of both the water and a lot of great restaurants and shopping. But still close enough to get into Athens that it was only like a $20 taxi ride. Plus, there were bicycles on the property for our use although it was a little too hot for us to take advantage of them. But I totally would in cooler weather. That was a nice touch! Otherwise everything was clean and functioned well and the property owner gave us great instructions on how to manage everything. Would definitely recommend it.

Good clear instructions and communication at all times. Spacious and bright accommodation with all you need and close to facilities and transport. Best of both worlds, close to beaches and trams/buses for getting into Athens.

All good and only one small issue with a lot of dust under the bed which I noticed when I dropped something.

The apartment was clean, with extras provided such as welcome drinks upon arrival, coffee and other pantry items were also available. We arranged for taxi pickup - we received a message that our driver Alex was waiting for us with exact instructions where to find him, Our host Yiannas was wonderful. He was very attentive before our trip, answering any questions we had, even if it had nothing to do with the apartment. He checked on us 3x during our trip to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. Yiannas was also helpful arranging for airport ride when we left Athens. He made our trip easy and enjoyable. Would definitely want to come back to the same apartment when we visit Athens again.

It was spacious. Clean and comfortable

The sofa in the lounge room was awkward and uncomfortable to sit on. The back of the lounge was very hard and I hit my head on it. We weren’t told how to turn the hot water on resulting in cold showers first day at the property.
