The staff was very nice and helpful, responded quickly to every question we had and provided very good recommendations. The suite was also nice, spacious and cozy. We didn't miss anything.
There wasn't anything we didn't like particularly, but one thing that can be improved is the access keys, as they don't work very well, for both room and building entrances. A fan in the bathroom would probably help it drying faster, but it's no deal breaker.
