Good accomodation and location. Kind and helpful stuff too. Answering quickly to every message.
Unfortunately though, in the room I stayed in, while I was showering, a cockroach came out of the shower drainage. There was a recent disinfestation certificate in the room, but still... not something you want to happen in your vacation. I hope I'm just unlucky and it just happened to me.

The staff was very nice and helpful, responded quickly to every question we had and provided very good recommendations.
The suite was also nice, spacious and cozy. We didn't miss anything.
There wasn't anything we didn't like particularly, but one thing that can be improved is the access keys, as they don't work very well, for both room and building entrances.
A fan in the bathroom would probably help it drying faster, but it's no deal breaker.
