Central, Calm with Courtyard

WOW, what a beautiful place with lots of thought and care to the very last details. Feels like a true home, fith all the rooms, books, kitchen etc. Has everything we needed and more than that. Super well designed and made us wanna live there. Everything was 100% perfect . Comfortable, clean, spacious

We spent 5 wonderful days on the fairy-tale island of Aegina. The apartment is in an ideal location, close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. It is beautifully renovated, with pastel green shutters that perfectly reflect the island’s pistachio charm, and filled with every detail to make you feel right at home. Though the yard is shared, it feels practically private for this ground-floor unit, which is structured more like a secluded house. With two large bedrooms on opposite sides and two bathrooms (one outdoors), it offers great privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the host was wonderful, she even stocked the fridge with water and coffee milk to go with the espresso machine. The living room features a fireplace and lovely chess and backgammon sets, which we enjoyed every evening! We also loved the friendly, polite resident cat who keeps to herself in the yard. Beach mats, towels, and a new washing machine were all provided. We felt right at home and cannot wait to return!

Everything was near perfection! The only minor addition that would make the kitchen completely 10/10 would be a toaster. Good to know: This place is best suited for neat adults who appreciate fine details and will respect the home, rather than families with small children.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα! Μεγάλο σπίτι με πολλές ανέσεις και όλες τις παροχές, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και εύκολο προσβάσιμο!

The apartment was really excellent: Spacious, modern, very clean, comfortable, stylish and fully equipped. The host Sarah was very caring and polite. We saw her only the first day and the only reason for that is the fact that the apartment had really EVERYTHING inside with clear instructions for use and we did not have any issue at all with our stay. We are thankful for that place she has created which stands out in the island of Aegina. Definitely recommended!

It was at times difficult to find parking place in the nearby roads (we had our own car) due to the very busy period that we visited the island. But anyway if you come other period than the week near the Dormition of the Virgin Mary in August I presume it will be absolutely fine.
