The location was excellent – quiet, just 5 minutes from the beach, with beautiful views of the sea, sunset, mountains, and moon.

However, there were several issues. The mattresses were very poor quality (not just a matter of preference) and uncomfortable. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell; it took effort to convince the host to check it, and while they had it fixed and it improved, it came back towards the end of our stay. The fridge was weak and the freezer did not work at all - it could freeze ice cubes but was not adequate for anything else i.e. ice cream. We also saw two cockroaches in the room, and although we asked for help from the host, the only advice was to keep windows closed, even though they already were.
