About this house rental
Greek charm abounds in this traditional home. Its ocean view, swimming pool, and peaceful atmosphere invite you to relax… with family or friends, a little slice of paradise offering a getaway inspired by the Aegean Sea…
Accommodation:
Located not far from the port of Souvala and Aegina, we’re renting out this authentic, recently renovated Greek house (which we use for our family vacations) to share the treasures of the magnificent island of Aegina (easily accessible from Athens —a 40-minute boat ride).
Just a stone’s throw from the sea and the charming port of Souvala, whether you’re stopping over on your journey or staying for the entire trip, you’ll be charmed by the house’s location—in an authentic, quiet neighborhood close to amenities (renting a car, car or scooter, is still recommended for getting around and exploring the island!).
We’re offering this charming, fully air-conditioned 4-room house with 3 bedrooms, featuring:
- a fully equipped kitchen (4 electric burners, a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and all kitchen utensils)
- A master bedroom (wrought-iron bed)
- A bedroom with two single beds
- A living room/bedroom with two convertible sofa beds (2-seater each) and a fireplace
- Two bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of which includes a toilet
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- Covered, furnished patio area with dining table and lounge chairs
- Area with authentic stone seating and a garden table
- Pool, hammock, and lounge chairs
- Beautiful flower garden with a fig tree and magnificent bougainvilleas
- One shaded parking space
Available:
- Linens (sheets and bath towels; we do not provide beach towels)
- Ample storage space
As you know, the siesta is sacred in Greece... this quiet time from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM is perfect for relaxing by the pool or in the shade of the pine tree on the terrace :)

You’ll have access to the entire place during your stay.

15-minute drive from the port of Aegina.
To make your arrival easier, someone will be available to meet you at the port of Aegina, guide you to the house, and provide you with all the information you need about the island (car rentals, activities, directions, etc.).

A sturdy massively built spacious Greek island house up on the hillside, with all the amenities, a lush garden with lots of shade, and an unobstructed sunset view out onto the Saronic Gulf. Surrounded by full-time resident neighbours who are friendly, unobtrusive and ready to help in case of need. The area is entirely walled and fenced in, so small children and small pets can roam freely on the premises without accidentally venturing afar. We had a great time and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

The property was perfect. It had everything we needed. Close to shops, dining and the beach. It was nice to take a break from tv & internet too! The views are amazing & the pool would’ve been perfect if the weather was just a bit warmer. Would absolutely return!

Outside areas were superb. Kitchen well stocked and well apportioned. Sleeping areas were comfortable. Pool was clean and well maintained. Nice beach supplies. It felt like our home away from home.

Wonderful Villa in Aegina, very specious and passed expectations. Lovely family home with lots of nice touches. Great location although a little tricky to find at first. Very quiet neighbourhood. Fanny was a very helpful host and was quick to help with any issues. Definitely recommend Aegina and this Villa.
