All properties listed with Gulf Coast Holiday Homes benefit from an interactive 'Guide Book' which will be sent ahead of arrival and will include the house manual, check in instructions, preferred vendors and unique information about the home.
The home includes separate kitchen, dining, & living areas, a spacious Den/TV room with two sofas and an 85 Inch 4K Smart TV (use your own log in to stream your favorite content), a Covered Lanai-Outdoor Room (ample seating, a 4k Smart TV, alfresco dining for 8) that overlooks the Private Pool, a generous laundry room, a coffee bar with an automatic Keurig coffee and tea maker and (5 total) Smart 4k TVs (use your own log in to stream your favorite content). High Speed Internet & WiFi, well stocked kitchen, Bed linens & towels, 2 hair dryers, Central Heating & Air Conditioning provided so you'll feel right at home.
The Bedrooms include a Master Bedroom Suite (King Bed w/t 4k tv) with an ensuite master bathroom with a double vanity, walk in shower, and a toilet. The guest wing has three additional bedrooms (2 twin XL Beds in one room and a king bed & 4k TV in each of the remaining guest bedrooms) and the guest bathroom with double vanities, a toilet, and a shower/tub combination. Linens and towels provided.

From I-75 (northbound or southbound), take the Fruitville Road exit (Exit 210) toward Sarasota/US-41. Head west on Fruitville Road (State Road 780) for several miles toward downtown Sarasota and US-41 (Tamiami Trail). At the intersection with US-41, turn left (south) and follow US-41 into the heart of Sarasota. Continue south on US-41 past the Bee Ridge Road/Bee Ridge terminus and toward the Gulf Coast area. Turn right (west) onto 45th Street just a few blocks south of downtown, then turn left (south) onto Corwood Drive.
This property must be rented for a minimum of 30 nights. If the travel dates you are looking for don’t appear to be available, please contact our reservations team directly and we will see if we can accommodate your request at your property of choice, or another comparable home in our portfolio.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at Gulfcoast Holiday Homes. On this property, for stays greater than 29 nights, an additional $90 will be due as the current rates are for 29 nights or less. For additional blocks of 30 nights past 59 nights you, will be charged $71.
Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
