The space
This Sarasota home includes Terrazo and porcelain flooring throughout, high ceilings in the main area with original exposed beams, a spacious kitchen and dining area, three bathrooms, and three bedrooms, including two masters. Each bedroom has its own large smart tv and the living room has a 65-inch tv. There is a lanai serving as a 4th bedroom and/or office with a large closet and privacy French doors. The property provides an oversized driveway, a backyard with a turf area, a putting area, a bbq, and a covered patio with lounge seating and an outdoor dining table. Enjoy this luxurious stay in a private and beautiful secluded area of Sarasota, Indian beach, and sapphire shores. If you are a zoo person, just a 4 minute drive away is jungle garden zoo, which makes for an excellent family trip! Finally, we are just minutes from the legacy bike trail and Sarasota’s best and most busy pickleball facility at pompano park.

There are two entries for the guests with smart locks. The entire home is for the guests. Laundry is an outside entrance in the back of the property near the gravel yard
