Minutes to the beaches, & walk to shopping, restaurants, bay front, arts, Whole Foods, coffee shops, etc. This 3 BD/3.5 BA home includes a detached over-sized 2 car-garage, a bonus room setup as 2nd family room with queen size sleeper couch & writing desk. Enjoy the covered balcony & convenient on-site fenced dog run. +30 restaurants within only 5 blocks away.
This is a smoke free home. If you are a smoker please, please do NOT smoke inside or near the entry doors.
The neighborhood is a very walkable, bike friendly & ample overnight off street parking and public parking at the park available to the community.
Please NO SMOKING, NO VAPING INSIDE or anywhere near the homes doors, windows, etc. This is a smoke free/vape free property.
Trash/Recycle day is on Thursdays early at 6 a.m. PLEASE put your units trash & recycle canisters at the street/sidewalk facing the road Wednesday Night.
Please pick up after your pet & use the dog station inside the dog run to dispose of your pets waste. There is a water hose inside the run if needed to help clean up after your pet as well. Greatly appreciated.

The property appeared very nice in the photos and is in a great location. It has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, our stay was affected by cleanliness and maintenance issues.Pros:Excellent locationNice property overallComfortable, stylish furnitureNice area for our puppy to enjoyCons:The unit was extremely dirty upon arrival. The floors were covered in a thick layer of dog hair. We vacuumed and emptied the machine three times, but the floors were still not clean.Dust and pet hair were on much of the furniture.The AC unit inlet was covered in layers of dust, indicating it had not been cleaned in a long time.The bedroom fan was also covered in dust, making it unusable.The AC unit in the master bedroom is extremely loud.The toilet leaks and refills every half an hour, disturbing sleep.The front door does not have a latch for added security.Hair was found in the basin and on the bedding.Floor carpets had dog hair and brown stains.The oven was dirty from previous use.The interior walls display numerous scuff marks and mismatched paint, which is a shame given the property's potential for improvement.Owner response:The owner was notified about the cleanliness issues, but only apologized. No cleaner was sent back, and no cleaning refund was offered, which was disappointing.
