We enjoyed our stay at this small but comfortable home in an urban neighborhood. It met all the needs of our family including 6 adults, 1 toddler, 1 infant, and a small dog. It appeared to be newly renovated, very clean, and tastefully appointed. Location was close to downtown/restaurants, Bayfront Park, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, and Ringling Museum. Lido Beach was about 20 minutes away. Payne Park with a circus themed playground and trails was about one mile away and a highlight for our toddler. Would recommend additional towel / drying racks.

This place was perfect for our needs. Comfortably fit three adult couples and two kids, and gave us a good home base for our trip. Clean, comfortable, and a quick drive downtown.

My family went to Sarasota for a short visit for my dad‘s military memorial service. We had a small gathering after his funeral at the house and management offered to provide us with catering at a discount because we stayed on one of their properties.During our stay we spent time doing family things like go kayaking, go out for ice cream, go to the beach, and barbecue at the house. This was so much better than staying in a hotel. I felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean uncomfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
