It comes with four bedrooms, comprising of a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a ground-floor king-size a double bedroom and a ground-floor single, together sleeping eight people and served by a bathroom with a shower over bath. Completing the interior is a first-floor open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a sitting/bike storage room. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a large garden with decked area and additional seating area. Orchard View is a wonderful getaway to this part of Cornwall. Good Housekeeping Bond 250 GBP. Note: This property only accepts week long bookings during half term and other school holidays.
