Skysail is a luxury level contemporary designer house with underfloor heating and all amenities for a lovely holiday, views, location, shops and harbourside restaurants just 5 minutes walk away. In a quiet aspect with large garden, is a spacious beautifully furnished house having good cooking and entertainment facilities, with log burner, utility, sauna and 3 sun terraces. Front elevated terrace with wonderful Sea views across to the harbour and cliffs to the left and right of Mevagissey.
Skysail is close to Portmellon and its beachside "Rising Sun" restaurant with "the taste of the sea and highly local farm-to-table meat and vegetarian dishes". Many other highly recommended restaurants nearby. Visit the Eden Project and Heligan Lost Garden - 10 minutes away. Countless sandy beaches within easy access. Lovely inland and Coastal walks.
St Ives boasts its buzzing and vibrant art scene just a short drive away. There is always lots going on around, Mevagissey has is Feast of the Sea Festival as does Falmouth have its Oyster Festival, there is an Amphitheatre at Lands End and many local theatres.
Beach BBQ and restaurants are also to be found nearby at Carylon Bay and you can take the Ferry to Fowey from Mevagissey Harbour or can hire a small boat or just laze on a day trip around the coast or just a dolphin trip from the harbour.
Paddle boarding is available from the beautiful harbour village of Gorran Haven nearby or from Portmellon Harbour (5 minutes walk to the right of the house).
