It was lovely and quiet with a very welcoming vibe to it. The gardens themselves were very vibrant and full of life with excellent service from the team. It was in a good location close to shops you would need and a nice beach with easy access to main roads to head further up and down the country.
The cooking facilities were underwhelming due to the use of a oven-microwave, the bathroom was okay with a slightly smaller shower than what would have been ideal. Apart from that was a brilliant time

It was beautiful and the beds was extremely comfortable to sleep in.

Everything was good. Easy to extend late checkout by 1 hour. Excellent bakery ten minutes outside the property entrance.
Arm chairs were a bit dated. However this was a minor thing.

Location is great for Eden Project, St Austell bay and as a base for anywhere in Cornwall really.
Access to the beautiful gardens was a lovely bonus.
The apartment was modern and comfortable.
Sofas are a bit lumpy and could do with some extra cushions.
A side lamp or two in the lounge would also be a bonus.

It’s quiet, views of gardens amazing. Easy parking for two of us that have health issues.
2nd time in the stone barn, booked again for 2026.
David is very cheerful and really helpful.
Nothing really. Maybe pillows could be a little softer, they are very hard and heavy to move.
That’s all.

The facilities and location were very god
The fridge had milk spills in it, the nonstop oven had burnt in food spills in it, the bedroom wall had a number ( 9 or 10) holes that had been filled but the wall had not been repainted.

Staying inside the gardens was a unique and enjoyable experience.
When we arrived the apartment was very cold and took a long time to get warm with the electric heating. Once warm, however, it stayed cosy for the remainder of our stay.

Great quite location . Close to all amenities. Ample parking. Beautiful surroundings.Spacious . Great water pressure on the showers. Kitchen had all utensils and gadgets.
Check in is at 4pm and check out 10am which is short compared to hotel . It’s better to stay minimum two nights.

Lovely location and beautiful gardens, and the cottages were stunning and spacious. Staff were really friendly and the cottage was so clean and so much space!
Nothing, though the location was a bit confusing as the gps took us into a little farm car park but we had to keep going up the road and take the next left instead. Good that there was a sign pointing that out though or we’d have been sooo lost!

David and the team were fantastic, so helpful and friendly.
We loved the size of the rooms, the decor, the comfy bed. We took our dog, the grounds were perfect for lovely dog walks. We also had breakfast at pinetum which was fabulous . We only stayed for one night, but we would definitely stay again hopefully for longer next time.

I loved that where was lots of land to explore and walk around. Also it was close driving and walking distance to shops, takeaways and activities. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We had a problem getting our hob to work and staff showed up within seconds of calling!
The only fault I can mention is the sofa wasn’t very comfy.
