We stayed in a beautiful cottage set in the most wonderful gardens to explore , with a beautiful tea room and breakfast . During our stay saw a deer and rabbits on my early morning stroll around if . Located in walking distance to Carlyon beach and Charlestown , just an amazing stay.

Clean, tidy and comfy. Lake was lovely to go and see and feed the ducks and geese, gardens you’re free to roam around evening after the gardens are closed which was lovely.

Location was perfect Very quiet
Lack of some basics in property like some fresh milk on arrival just a one pint would be a nice touch. Only one pillow per person . Kitchen roll would be very useful too. £25 to charge for a dog is expensive compared to other places especially as nothing is provided for them. Lots of places when they charge over £15 at least provide a small gesture like a drinking bowl! Ordered a cook breakfast. This was dreadful it was cold and sausages NOT cooked and the whole taste was not nice I think the oil is used more than once . There was one person trying to do everything which reflected in the quality, appearance and taste of the breakfast which was why we left it.
