Fantastic grounds with lovely gardens and walking distance to Charlestown

Unfortunately we had no hot water for a shower in the morning. We advised the staff but were given no offer of a refund or compensation- given the price paid this did let the stay down

Property was lovely but the drainage in the shower needs looking at . The shower kept over filling .

The property as it’s based with lots of walks and nature need to have cleaning facilities in the rooms , I stayed 5 days and didn’t have anything to sweep and clean the floor .

Lack of some basics in property like some fresh milk on arrival just a one pint would be a nice touch. Only one pillow per person . Kitchen roll would be very useful too. £25 to charge for a dog is expensive compared to other places especially as nothing is provided for them. Lots of places when they charge over £15 at least provide a small gesture like a drinking bowl! Ordered a cook breakfast. This was dreadful it was cold and sausages NOT cooked and the whole taste was not nice I think the oil is used more than once . There was one person trying to do everything which reflected in the quality, appearance and taste of the breakfast which was why we left it.
