Cocoonr agency offers this cosy 78 m² house for rent in Plougrescant, about 500 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 people.
It comprises a 35 m² living room (with woodburner), a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 750 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

- A 35 m² living room with TV and wood-burning stove (1st flambé provided)
- Kitchen area with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas cooker with 3 burners and electric hob

Upstairs, on the landing, you'll find :
- Bedroom 1 with three single beds (90x200) (convertible into a king-size bed (180x200) and a single bed)
- Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed (160×200)
For even greater comfort, the owners provide a barbecue, high chair, washing machine and cot.
Outside :
A beautiful 750 m² private garden open to nature with a 15 m² terrace (south-facing) and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is located in Plougrescant, in very pleasant surroundings. In the village, you'll find a grocer's, a baker's, a bar-tabac, a chemist's, etc.

10 minutes by car to the town of Tréguier, the historic capital of the Trégor region, with its cathedral, timber-framed houses, etc.
