We had a very pleasant stay in this house. It's modern, clean en has good spaces in and outsite. The view to the sea is wonderfull. We stayed here with 5 adults and 2 little children (1 and 3 years old) They loved the sea and also so very much the garden around the house. We would recommend this house to any one, with or without children. You are in a rustic, non touristic area, you must love that, we did!

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Hunden einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus verlebt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, morgens wird man vom angenehmen Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, alles ist sehr hell und großzügig. Der schöne große Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein, ebenso wie der Blick aufs Meer, welchen wir in besonders in den Morgenstunden und abends sehr genossen haben. Vom Ausgangspunkt des Hauses konnte man tolle Wanderungen machen oder nach kurzen Autofahrten schöne Ziele besuchen. Das Ein- und Ausschecken mit Liliane war sehr freundlich und absolut unkompliziert. Das WLAN funktionierte problemlos, nur die Internetverbindung war sehr langsam, was uns nicht gestört hat. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub in einem schönen, modernen Haus und wunderschönen Umgebung. Den einzigen Minuspunkt würde ich an die Gartenliegen vergeben, die sehr unbequem waren. Hier könnte man vielleicht über eine Neuinvestition nachdenken. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit, wir werden unbedingt wiederkommen!

Bonjour, Nous avons passé 6 jours dans cette maison. Elle est très confortable. Bien chauffée (chauffage au sol). La vue est incroyable. Pour les estivants, la plage est à pied, mais il faut marcher un peu. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, bien que pas été gâtés par la météo. Séjour à 8 (3 adultes et 5 enfants) en février 2022.

Schöne Tage am Meer

Wir haben uns als vierköpfige Familie mit Hund außerordentlich wohl in diesem Haus und seinem Garten gefühlt. Es ist abseits des Ortes Kerbors gelegen, doch wiegen die Ruhe und die Ausblicke in die Blautöne von Himmel und See die Wege in die nächsten Orte mehr als auf. Ein erster kleiner Strand ist sehr nah, doch schöner noch sind die vielen Wege, die sich links und rechts entlang von Jaudy-Ufer und Küste erlaufen lassen. In der weiteren Umgebung gibt es noch viel mehr zu entdecken, unter anderem welchen Reichtum Felder und Gärten dieser Halbinseln bieten. Das Haus selbst bietet tolle (Aus-)Sichten, einen großen, herrlich grünen Garten, architektonisch einige interessante Details, und es ist zeitgemäß und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es findet sich eigentlich alles, was man für die Ferien braucht. Einzig die Kinder wünschten sich schnelleres WLAN (was in der ganzen Region jedoch unmöglich zu erhalten sein soll). Wir möchten sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Heel fijn huis om met meerdere personen te verblijven. Alles is netjes verzorgd en aanwezig. Jammer was wel toen wij aankwamen dat het huis al een tijdje niet verhuurd is geweest waardoor het intents koud was. En met een vader mee die al wat ouder is en graag warmte wil is dat jammer aangezien het zeker 10 uur duurt voordat het warm is. Maar als het warm is zeker aangenaam. Wij hadden het fijn.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig in einem riesigen Garten und schönen Blick in Richtung Meer (da gibt es sicherlich noch Objekte, wo dieser noch deutlich spektakulärer ist - daher nur 4 Sterne). Es ist geräumig, modern gestaltet und hat - was leider bei vielen Fewos nicht der Fall ist - eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Wer die perfekte Ruhe bei gutem Komfort sucht, wird hier sicherlich nicht enttäuscht sein. Leider hat der Lebensmittelladen im Dorf für immer geschlossen und so muss man schon wenigstens 4 km nach Pleubian fahren, wo es aber ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Das geht auch bestens mit dem Fahrrad. Im Mietpreis sind täglich 10 kWh Stromverbrauch eingeschlossen, was im Sommer (keine Heizung, wenig Lichtbedarf - es sind noch haufenweise alte Glühbirnen installiert) auch gut reicht. Mit dem Auto lassen sich wirklich schönen Strände in 30-45 Minuten erreichen (Trestel, Ploumanac'h und vor allen Dingen Plage Ile Renot). Die Strände in der näheren Umgebung fallen da etwas ab.

Das Haus eignete sich hervorragend für unseren Aufenthalt als Gruppe von fünf Freunden. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ermöglichte es jedem, sich zurückzuziehen und im riesigen Wohn- Essbereich kam nie das Gefühl von Enge auf. Abends saßen wir gern im Garten und genossen bei einem Glas Ricard die Stille des Ortes. Aus dem Haus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer, Ebbe und Flut sorgten hier für viel Abwechslung. Allerdings ist die Entfernung zum Wasser größer, als es die Bilder im Inserat versprechen. Die Ausstattung ist toll, im Küchenbereich war alles doppelt und dreifach vorhanden, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine halfen uns sehr. An einigen Stellen kommt das Haus allerdings in die Jahre, Farbe blättert von den Wänden, Lampen funktionieren nicht. Die Kommunikation mit Lilianne funktionierte gut, Ein- und Auschecken verliefen problemlos. Nur das richtige Passwort für den W-Lanzugang haben wir bis zum Schluss nicht herausbekommen. Alles in allem war das Haus aber eine tolle Ausgangsbasis für die Erkundung der nördlichen Bretagne.

Dieses Haus ist einfach perfekt! Der Innenbereich disignermäßig schlicht und funktional dabei sehr stylisch, fast wie einer Wohnzeitschrift entsprungen. Schiebetüren, mit denen man den Wohnraum individuell verändern kann, Kamin mitten im Wohnraum, riesige Glasfronten, die einem den direkten Blick auf das Meer oder in den großen Garten gewähren - traumhaft schön! Bei der umfangreichen Ausstattung bleiben keine Wünsche offen: die Küche überzeugt mit guten Geräten, einer riesigen Anzahl an Geschirr und Besteck, Töpfen und Pfannen, diversen nützlichen Kleingeräten und einer gut sortierten Auswahl an Gewürzen. So eine Vielfalt habe ich bisher in keiner Ferienwohnung erlebt! Hierbei ist auch die extrem umfangreich bestückte Bibliothek zu erwähnen: Eine riesige Regalwand voll mit unterschiedlichster Literatur auch in englisch und deutsch - da war dann auch der Regen schnell vergessen. Gilles war ein unheimlich netter und angenehmer Vermieter, der Kontakt war immer sehr schnell und herzlich. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Das Haus liegt fantastisch mit einer tollen Aussicht. An der Küchenausstattung (aber auch ansonsten) fehlt nichts. Dieses Ferienhaus kann man ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Die einzigen kleinen Minuspunkte sind sehr schlechte Handyverbindungen (wir haben 2 verschiedene Anbieter) und auch das Wlan ist sehr langsam.

My husband and I have enjoyed our stay in Kerbors with our dogs and bird. We absolutely loved the house, when we were at “home” during the day we sat in the chairs looking at the vieuw! At night we enjoyed the fireplace. The area is breath taking! The owner is friendly and the communication was good! Wer Ruhe und Stille sucht und auf Komfort nicht verzichten mag, ist dort genau richtig. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet und fast aus jeden Fenster hat man einen freien Blick auf das Meer ... traumhaft. Durch die Fußbodenheizung im Erdgeschoss ist es auch bei kühlem und stürmischem Wetter gemütlich warm. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und auch vor Ort hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort und kommen sicher wieder.

Au programme: balades en bord de mer, découverte de l'Ile de Bréhat, de Paimpol et de Lannion, farniente dans les transats avec vue sur la mer.. Nous avons eu un temps magnifique! La location est très bien située pour découvrir cette partie des Côtes d'Armor! Calme et détente assurés dans cette belle maison, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût! De plus, Gilles est un propriétaire très agréable et disponible et avec qui les échanges ont été chaleureux! Merci! :-)

Sehr großzügiges Haus gut abgetrennt von der Nachbarschaft und der Straße trotzdem nicht einsam. Tolle Umgebung, sowohl die unmittelbare (Paumpol, Lannion, Perros Guirec...) wie auch als Ausgangspunkt für Brest, Concarneu...). Sehr empfehlenswert für einen Besuch in der Bretagne.

Nous avons passé une semaine début mai à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et ponctuellement à 6 dans ce gîte. Le gîte est très agréable, spacieux, bien équipé, très lumineux, avec de grandes baies vitrées, une très belle vue sur la mer depuis la cuisine, la SAM ou le salon. Le coin est très beau, et c'est le calme absolu ... bref idéal pour passer des vacances en famille au vert et au calme. A moins de 30' de Plougrescant, ou de Bréhat, des coins superbes. La région est splendide (villages, côte ...).

Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Rande des kleinen Dorfes Kerbors mit großartigem Blick auf das Meer. Großer Garten mit Apfelbäumen. Optimal für Kinder zum spielen. Innen sehr praktisch funktional eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Das heißt, es fehlt nichts, außer vielleicht der Blick für manches Element, das die Innengestaltung noch wohnlicher, noch angenehmer machen würde. Insbesondere die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Ein Schlafzimmer unten (Doppelbett) und drei Schlafzimmer oben (Einzelbetten, kombinierbar). Oben auch gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, das in zwei Höhen optimale Spiel- und Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten rund um Tisch und Kamin bietet. Echt optimal für das Familienleben an durchaus vorkommenden Regentagen. Lesen, spielen, kochen, am Kamin ein Glas Wein trinken ... alles nebeneinander möglich. Lage: abgeschieden und ruhig. Kein Nachteil, da alles mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar: Fahrwege nach Paimpol (schöne, belebte Hafenstadt) rund 20 Minuten oder in das alte Städtchen Treguir (Kloster und Kirche mit Kreuzgang) rund 15 Minuten. In fünf Minuten ist man in Pleubian mit allen notwendigen kleinen Geschäften. Sehr schön: Sillon de Talbert. Drei Kilometer lange "Nadel" ins Meer, mit Wanderweg und Naturschutzgebiet, 15 Minuten entfernt vom Haus mit dem Auto. Große Strände eher Richtung Paimpol oder natürlich an der berühmten Cote Granit Rose bei Tregastel und Perros Guirec, 45 Minuten entfernt. 5 Minuten vom Haus aber kleinerer Strand gut erreichbar. Auch zu Fuß.
