Ein Traumhaus in einer wundervollen, ruhigen Umgebung. Wir haben als Familie mit vier Kindern zwei Ferienwochen im Haus von Philippe verbracht. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und haben absolut nichts auszusetzen. Die Kommunikation mit Philippe und der zuständigen Frau vor Ort verlief reibungslos und freundlich. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat sehr viel Umschwung. Ein Paradies auch für unsere Kinder. Alles ehr gepflegt, sauber, stilvoll und praktisch. Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet, Abwaschmaschine, Waschmaschine und Tumbler in bestem Zustand. Abends sahen wir die Feldhasen über die Wiese hoppeln. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und es ist gar nicht nötig, stundenlang Auto zu fahren, um die zauberhaften Strände, Klippen, schöne Städtchen und historische Monumente zu besuchen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Schöne Spazierwege direkt ab Haus. Wir sind hell begeistert und hoffen, bald wieder hier unseren Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen! Vielen Dank, Philippe, dass wir diese wundervolle Zeit in eurem Haus verbringen durften!

Nous avons passés une belle semaine dans cette maison bretonne.. Tout est parfait. Bien agencée, spacieuse, idéale pour 2 couples.. L'extérieur est vraiment exceptionnel : un terrain immense, sans voisin, bien entretenu, la terrasse devant la mer.. Idéalement situé pour rayonner vers la cote de Granite Rose, L'ile de Bréhat, Paimpol a seulement 1/2 h ... Nous recommandons cette maison pour les amoureux d'espace et nature..ou de repos...

La maison est très belle et très bien aménagée. Rien ne manque, tout est impeccable, les lits sont très propres et très confortables! Le jardin et la terrasse offrent une jolie vue sur la mer. Le village de Plougrescant est un village pittoresque, il y a tous les commerces, ainsi qu'un petit marché. Beaucoup de choix également en ce qui concerne les plages et les balades, ainsi que la pêche à pied. Nous avons adoré ce séjour en famille!

C'est notre 2ème séjour dans ce gîte que nous redécouvrons avec beaucoup de plaisir et d'émerveillement. C'est un endroit magnifique, situé dans un écrin de nature avec une superbe vue sur la mer. La maison est parfaite: très confortable, bien équipée, spacieuse, très bien entretenue et vraiment calme. De magnifiques balades sont à faire aux alentours car la région est d'une grande beauté. Nous conseillons vivement cet endroit pour les amoureux de la Bretagne.

Les photos du site reflètent parfaitement la réalité du lieu. Un intérieur vaste et de grande qualité dans un environnement extrêmement agréable et soigné. Le calme absolu et la vue sur mer (un peu lointaine mais suffisante pour aimanter le regard depuis pratiquement toutes les pièces) en plus. Location hautement recommandable pour personnes et familles sensibles et respectueuses de l'harmonie d'un lieu parfaitement situé pour profiter du temps qui passe et de tous les attraits exceptionnels de la côte bretonne.

Nous connaissons bien la Bretagne et pouvons nous permettre de dire que ce gîte est un vrai bonheur. Il est très confortable jusqu'à la literie impeccable. La vue est magnifique et chaque jour offre un nouveau paysage. La proximité avec la mer à pied est très agréable, il y a des chevaux un peu plus bas pour les enfants. Il faut prévoir un budget de carottes! Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison et nous reviendrons, c'est sûr. A recommander aux amoureux comme en famille.

Nous avons passé un week-end agréable dans une maison avec vue sur mer. Quoi de plus charmant que de déjeuner fâce à la mer? Les espaces à vivre sont très conviviaux et nous n'avons pas l'impression d'être les uns sur les autres. Les chambres à coucher sont spacieuses avec une ambiance différente dans chacune d'entre elles. L'extérieur de la maison est également agréable avec de l'espace pour que les enfants puissent jouer en toute tranquilité et sécurité. Les chemins aux alentours de la maison sont propices à la ballade et en quelques minutes nous sommes arrivés en bord de mer ou dans le village. Cet endroit est un petit coin de paradis en Bretagne !

La maison est idéalement située à quelques minutes à pied de la mer et du bourg de Plougrescant, au départ de nombreuses randonnées, sans voisin immédiats. Outre le fait qu'elle contient toutes les facilités que l'on peut attendre d'une location, la maison est très confortable et décorée avec goût, ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié d'autant plus que notre séjour a été assez pluvieux, ce qui nous a amené à passer plus de temps que prévu à l'intérieur. Nos trois adolescents n'ont pas trop trouvé le temps long car chacun y avait sa place, soit au coin du feu, en face du paysage enchanteur ou dans l'une des trois chambres très spacieuses et confortables. Le soleil enfin présent les derniers jours nous a permis d'apprécier à sa juste valeur le magnifique jardin (ou plutôt parc) paysager et la terrasse avec vus sur l'estuaire. La situation permet également la découverte de nombreux sites bretons de toute beauté, tous situés à peu de distance en voiture de Plougrescant (île de Bréhat, Paimpol, presqu'île sauvage, sillon de Talbert, Tréguier, Perros-Guirrec, Ploumanach...). Notre séjour nous a tant plu que nous projetons d'y retourner en espérant que cette fois, le beau temps sera de la partie!
