About this house rental

Discover the perfect city base in this freshly modernised 3-bedroom terraced home. This property is a classic example of the iconic red-brick terraces built for the master shipbuilders of the Titanic era. While it retains its historic Belfast character on the outside, the interior has been fully updated with a clean, contemporary finish to meet the needs of the modern traveler.

The Space: Modern, Clean & Bright
Forget "old-fashioned"—this home offers a crisp, updated environment:

• Contemporary Interior: A bright, stylishly decorated living space featuring a flat-screen TV with streaming services and high-speed Wi-Fi.

• Three Fresh Bedrooms: Sleeping up to 6 guests with high-quality bed linen and a focus on comfort.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: A modern setup with everything you need to cook at home, including an oven, microwave, and washing machine.

• Private Outdoor Patio: A quiet, enclosed rear patio—the perfect spot for a morning coffee before heading into the city.

Location: In the Heart of the Action
You are perfectly positioned between the city’s industrial heritage and its trendy modern culture:

• Titanic Connections: Stay in the neighborhood where the shipyard workers lived; the Titanic Quarter and its world-famous museum are just a short trip away.

• Walk to City Centre: Enjoy a flat 15–20 minute walk into the heart of Belfast.

• Transport Hub: Just a 7-minute walk to Lanyon Place (Central Train Station), making it incredibly easy to arrive from Dublin or explore the North Coast.

• Ormeau Road: Seconds away from the "coolest" road in Belfast, packed with artisan bakeries, gastropubs, and local boutiques.
Guest Amenities

• Effortless Access: Private, keyless check-in and check-out.
• Safety & Comfort: 24-hour security and a strictly non-smoking policy throughout the property.

• Family Ready: Plenty of space for groups or families looking for a "whole house" experience.

Check in was easy, and we were allowed early access. The house was ideal for our needs, as 5 adults doing city hops, comfy and convenient. The loft room has a really low ceiling but I’m short so I took that room. It isn’t luxury, but it’s cheap and ideal if you just need somewhere to chill and rest/sleep.
