Our 48-square-meter vacation apartment offers the perfect retreat for up to 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children. The open and bright living and dining area creates a particularly pleasant atmosphere and invites you to relax. A large, comfortable couch, a TV, and a fireplace ensure relaxing moments—whether after an eventful day or on quiet evenings. From here, you also have direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh air and tranquility.

Right next door is the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for four, where you can have breakfast together, cook, or wind down at the end of the day. The apartment features two separate bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and another with a bunk bed, which is especially popular with children. The modern bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, and window, and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The combination of natural light, comfort, and a well-thought-out floor plan makes this apartment an ideal place for a relaxing vacation

The apartment is located in the well-maintained Stolteraa vacation home community, a fenced-in, private area—quiet and secure. Parking spaces are available at the entrance to the complex. During the week, you may drive up to the apartment to load and unload; on weekends, vehicles are not permitted within the complex.

A special highlight: In just a few minutes, you can reach Warnemünde and the famous Hanse Sail, the largest maritime festival on the Baltic Sea. The Port of Rostock, the gateway to the Nordic countries, is practically on your doorstep and invites you to enjoy boat tours, sightseeing, or culinary experiences at the harbor.
