El departamento es bonito, está muy bien equipado, con todo tipo de utensilios de cocina y en un excelente barrio. Está muy bueno para una persona o pareja joven.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación que está en el segundo piso y es la más calurosa funcionaba de forma regular. La escalera para subir a la habitación es angosta y se hace un tanto difícil para personas mayores. Los pestillos para cerrar las puertas de la terraza y la ventana que da al balcón vecino no funcionaban. Los baños son muy pequeñitos y estrechos.
