房东回复非常及时，房间特别大，宽敞且干净，即使在夏天燥热的夜晚也非常凉爽，身处在阿维尼翁的城墙之内，去哪都非常近，非常方便，配套也很全，房东非常热情靠谱，我们有一摞东西在房间里，房东也帮忙给我们寄送过来了，非常感谢

La localisation. Le fait qu'on puisse y loger à quatre. Le fait de ne pas dépendre du propriétaire pour la remise de clefs et le retour de clefs. Nous avons mis bon rapport-qualité prix parce que nous avons pu dormir à 4 pour un prix d'hôtel (mais c'était un prix en réduction ; si nous avions dû payer plus, nous aurions vraiment mis des commentaires moins sympathiques).
La propreté des lieux : le ménage n'avait pas été fait (il restait des débris de gâteaux et des ongles coupés, au sol, dans le salon. Les meubles non utilisables (table basse noire et canapé bordeaux) étaient encombrants et donnaient une impression de débarras (pas agréable quand on reste et dort dans le salon).
