This apartment is perfect! No complaints! It has everything you could want.I really liked the location as it is walking distance to city centre but in an area where there are locals and not so many tourist. Plus, there are free mini buses you can flag down that pass in front of the building.Note, it is on the 2nd floor with narrow stairs but very manageable.

The apartment itself was clean, renovated, and comfortable for two people, with plenty of amenities included. Communication with the owner was very good, and he made himself available whenever issues arose, which was appreciated.That said, the overall building left a less positive impression. The lobby had an unpleasant smell, the stairs could use some maintenance, and access/check-in was a bit bumpy. There were also several damaged mailboxes and burned-out buzzers, among other signs of neglect, which gave the building an overall feeling of being uncared for.Overall, I don’t think this is the ideal place for a long-term stay, but if you’re looking for a short stay of 2–5 days, it’s a good and comfortable rental option.
