호스트가 매우 친절하고 친근함이 넘칩니다. 영업적인 미소가 아닌 진심으로 손님을 환영하고 반가워 해주는 느낌이 들었어요! 1층 공용 테라스의 풍경도 너무 아름다워서 커튼을 대부분 열고 있었네요! 다음 일정 때문에 급히 퇴실하면서 숙소에 작은 짐을 두고 왔었는데, 따로 잘 보관해주셔서 다시 찾을 수 있었습니다! 개인적으로 느끼기에, 아비뇽에서 가장 아비뇽스러운 숙소라고 생각합니다. 오래된 중세의 느낌을 만끽할 수 있어 마치 과거로 돌아온 기분이었습니다. 반대로, 냉장고, 화장실과 같이 위생과 관련된 부분은 현대 시설을 잘 구비하여 너무나도 쾌적하게 잘 이용했어요! 마지막으로, 적을지 말지 고민했지만 호스트의 따듯함을 많은 분들께 알려드리기 위해 한 줄만 더 적을게요! 저희의 허니문을 위한 특별한 서비스까지 너무 너무 감사했습니다! ^^

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff (Patrick) were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future.

The room was clean and the location was very convenient within walking distance of the main attractions.
We stayed for one night. We informed the owner that we would arrive around 10:30 pm due to traffic, but his messages about late check-in and food options felt unnecessarily rude. Upon arrival, we also felt unwelcome. Although he later tried to be friendly, the first impression was not good. There is no elevator, and while we were helped with our luggage on arrival, no assistance was offered when we left.
