The staff were extremely kind, welcoming and always available to help. We were very well looked after from the moment we arrived, our villa was cleaned every day, and they immediately helped us arrange a scooter. The level of hospitality was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, a good stay with genuinely excellent staff and service. The potential is definitely there, but in our opinion the property needs an upgrade in terms of materials, maintenance and some functional details in order to fully deliver the luxury experience it promises.

That said, there are some areas that need improvement, particularly considering the property positions itself as a luxury villa and only opened in January. We were quite surprised to already see noticeable wear and tear in several details, including taps and both internal and external door handles. It gives the impression that some of the materials and finishes chosen may not be of a quality suitable for a luxury property. I am attaching some photos as examples. Another rather unusual issue is the lack of proper hanging space. The wardrobe area that would normally be used for hanging clothes has instead been occupied by a large 45-inch TV, leaving practically no convenient space for shirts, dresses or jackets.

The villa was beautifully furnished, the bed was super comfortable, the air con was cold, WiFi was fast and staff were outstanding.

The location was not very good and the shower water had a poor smell to it. After a few days the bathroom had quite the stench. Also, we did not get a replacement of clean towels and due to the bathroom being outdoors and frequent rain (wet season) the towels did not dry.
