Loved this property — amazing pool, clean comfortable rooms, adorable puppy, friendly staff, but the entrance isn’t whee

Loved this property! The pool was amazing, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The highlight of my trip was the adorable puppy and his mommy — I even bought chicken bites to feed them! The staff were amazing and very friendly.

The only downside is that the entrance isn’t wheelchair accessible; a small ramp would make this property perfect, as the high stairs could be difficult for older guests or those with mobility issues.

I could not recommend Uluwatu Breeze enough! Absolutely stunning. It is situated about 100 metres from nearest super market and restaurants and is immaculately presented. Lovely pool. Extremely clean. This is a small, quiet resort. Perfect for exploring Uluwatu and surrounding areas. Moped hire available! Don’t think twice about booking!!!

Beautiful tranquil space

The beautiful grounds, the pool and the bungalow was a nice size and nicely appointed.

Too warm for a duvet and bottom sheet too small so got very scrunched up.

Beautiful and tranquil

The property is very well maintained and clean both inside the bungalow and the grounds - it's a beautiful setting and there was little to zero noise from other guests so lovely and peaceful.

It's too hot for a duvet in Bali at any time of year - cotton sheets and a light blanket required at most, and the bottom sheet was too small for the bed so kept creasing up. When it's warm, it's good to have the bottom sheet fully tucked in under the mattress so it doesn't move.

Ideal location with beautiful grounds

Ideal location a 2 minute walk to the Main Street of Uluwatu. Gorgeous well kept grounds and big spacious rooms. Room was cleaned each day and the staff were accomodating, they also have a very cute puppy!

Not a big issue but the sort of the shower - it’s not an enclosed area just a nozzle on the bathroom wall, however this is a personal preference and the bathroom is still very functional and clean.

Did not stay was awful

The property was damp dirty and smelly. A lovely lad working there showed me 4 different rooms. I didn’t stay I left after 25 mins there where dead mosquitoes all over the rooms bathrooms where filthy toilet looked like it wasn’t even flushed from the person before me. I am no princess but the place was just so unhygienic there was no safety box either the doors when looked felt like you could give a little push and would open did not feel safe. I still have not received my money back they said I had to pay one night I payed two and never received anything back

AC worked well, pool and gardens are well maintained, close to shops/eateries.

Noisy at night due to construction and curtains didn’t block much light, but nothing an eye mask can’t fix!

Pleasant stay and ideal location.

Very friendly staff and a very cute puppy. Rooms were clean and had a mosquito net around the bed which was good. Only negative was the toilet was dirty and shower was average

Beautiful spot for a super relaxed getaway

We loved the pool and outside areas! Was really nice and quiet, full of nature, perfect to relax or cool down from the heat.

Cleanliness was not 100%, but was still good for Bali standards.

I didn’t want to leave!

I’m not sure what all these negative reviews are about. The village is a slice of paradise!! Honestly. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the pool - fab, the rooms - peaceful, clean and inviting. Super-well located near great restaurants, the beach and coffee shops.

If you had to be picky, the sound of road carries to the rooms, but honestly, this is to be expected when in a bustling area in Bali

4 Nights in Uluwartu

Staying in our villa was one of the highlights of our trip. The villa, pool and garden area were kept immaculately clean. The staff were all really friendly and another plus was seeing their newly adopted three legged dog and puppy each day. This is an excellent base to explore Uluwartu, GWK park and the surrounding areas. The location was excellent with only a short walk to the local restaurants and bars. Taxis were available only a couple of minutes away via Grab each time we needed one.

Neither of these are real issues just recommendations as we absolutely loved our stay. Make sure to pack some earplugs - from our room dogs could be heard barking from nearby during the night. The bathrooms could do with a refresh - the room was quite dingy and although it was very clean, it did not always feel that way.

A peaceful place

We've enjoyed a lot the garden and the swimming pool, it gave us a deep sense of peace and relax.

The sound isolation of the room could be better. We could hear all motorbikes and cars in the street.

Overall, we enjoyed the room but the bathroom needs some work.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool area as well. Outside was very clean and peaceful. We loved playing with the little puppy.

The room we got was very close to the road. We had difficulty to sleep with all the noise. Also, the bathroom would overflow with water after taking a bath. Everywhere got filled with water and was just not convenient to use the toilet after someone took a bath. The bathroom had a bad smell. In one of the rooms we booked, the air conditioner was not working and it was very hot.

Absolute dream for a great price!

This was my favourite place I’ve stayed in Bali. It’s such a beautiful peaceful villa in a prime location. Quiet, super comfortable accommodation, gorgeous pool, nice place to meet people, beautiful grounds and garden! I didn’t want to leave! Loved the vibe there! Staff were great and the very friendly. Nice locally run place! Will be back!

Worst place we stayed

Staff is not nice and understanding. The hot water is not enough for one shower. The door of the room did not closed properly. They make you pay during the check in (all other places charged us only at the end)

Noisy, Dirty and full of mosquitoes

No breakfast available. Some of the hotel staff were polite and helpful. The pool was nice.

The room was dark and dirty with holes and cracks in the wood to outside, which meant the room was full of mosquitoes and some cockroaches. The room had hardly any light, it was old and the sink leaked into the floor of the bathroom. It was very noisy and I didn’t sleep for 3 nights.

Beautiful garden and rooms and Perfectly located within short drive to main sites. Staff are very friendly and always available to assist. We loved the resident puppy.

Great location if you rent a bike. 5 mins to ulu shops, cafes, markets in one direction & 5 mins to Padang Padang in other direction

There is a construction going on behind the villa I stayed in. Hammering & sawing all day. If you go out exploring it is not a problem but if you want to lie on your bed all day scrolling thru IG it becomes tiring

Puppy heaven

Friendly staff and a fabulous puppy called Budo. He came to our villa every night for cuddles. Location was perfect. Pool was empty so felt like we had it to ourselves. New water every day when cleaning our room.

No sleep in as the sun would come through the thin curtains but that was ok

Good Stay in Ulu

I really liked the property, rooms were bright, clean and comfortable. Pool area was nice. I was there during a general power outage in Bali and staff were very helpful and nice! The location was very good, I was able to walk places around for food and shopping. I would stay here again!

Would be good to have a small restaurant to eat some small bites by the pool or drink fresh juice.

Cosy and beautiful accomm in perfect location! Modern and clean room and bathroom, excellent pool area. Lovely helpful and friendly staff

I really enjoyed this place but docked a star because it is quite noisy in the morning with construction which is likely unavoidable but nonetheless impacts the experience. Additionally while there is bottled water on arrival there is no option for refill and instead sold bottled for about double the price as the supermarket. Would love to see this change next time I come back!

Loved the pool and gardens... and location close to shops and walking distance to Thomas Beach.

The shower was open plan part of bathroom and toilet so the floor was always wet and slippery. Staff helped with my bag but otherwise often not available
