Thomas Beach Residence

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and housekeeping cleaned every day, which I really appreciated. The pool area was also always clean and nice to relax at. The staff were honestly amazing — super kind, helpful, and welcoming during the whole stay. They made everything very easy and were always friendly. The location is also great, close to cafés, restaurants, beaches, and everything you need around Uluwatu.

The only small downside was that there was some construction nearby during the daytime, but they informed us about it in advance, which was very professional, and honestly it wasn’t too disturbing. In the evenings and at night the area was quiet, so it didn’t affect our sleep at all.

The location is great, beside grab can’t pick up the location so you need to walk to a nearby location which if you a solid traveller at night can be scary . Interior is beautifully done

No manager or staff checked in on me for 5 days to see how my stay was. They don’t change your towels and linen for the entire stay - which is a hygiene concern - the water gets cold quickly in the shower and is just salt water !!!
