We recently stayed at this villa in Uluwatu and overall had a mixed experience. The villa itself is very beautiful and has great aesthetic potential. The design and furniture are lovely, and you can tell it was created with style in mind. The bedding was clean and fresh, with crisp white sheets that felt comfortable and well cared for.
The maintenance does not quite match the visual appeal. While the furniture is beautiful, many pieces are stained or visibly worn. The floors and towels also felt a bit dirty, which took away from the overall comfort. It’s not quite the flawless look you might expect although to be fair, that seems to be the case in many places around Bali. The biggest issue during our stay was the construction happening nearby. There is heavy destruction work going on, including rock breaking, and the noise and vibration are extremely intense. We were woken up every single morning by the sound, making it impossible to rest properly. Unless you plan to leave the villa by 8 a.m. and return after 5 p.m., it’s very difficult to relax during the day.

It was even better than in pictures! Good location, beautiful instalation, nice pool area, the room was big with a very equiped kitchen and the staff amazing! Honestly, price is so so good for what you get!
Only things, that still makes the place a 9/10: - there is construction at the site in front of the accomodation. I am a very light sleeper, and I never woke up with it and during the day you usually go out so its not a big issue. - it felt like the floor could have been better cleaned - the shower had a very low water pressure, but I guess you can’t really control that part

Beautiful apartments with friendly staff
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was beautifully decorated and clean and we loved the pool area. The staff were so friendly and accommodating also. The location is only a few minutes walk from restaurants, cafes and shops. Thomas beach is less than a 5 minute walk and Padang Padang around a 10 minute walk. We extended our stay because we were enjoying Uluwatu and the Thomas Beach Residence so much :)

Völlig okay, aber wirkt besser, als es ist
Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und sehr groß. Lage ist ebenfalls gut.
Die Rezeption war nie besetzt, für den Checkin mussten wir jemanden suchen, Checkout war auch keiner da. Insgesamt wirkt die Anlage überhaupt nicht einladend. Es wirkt zwar schön, aber irgendwie leblos. Es lädt nicht ein, um am Pool zu liegen.
