First of all, we cannot thank the staff for their kindness, friendliness, and helpful hospitality enough. Hans, Ari, and Ketut were always smiling, happy to help, and available anytime. They really were the highlight of our stay. Thank you! The property is located brilliantly - it’s in a quiet area, just a short walk or scooter away from some of the main restaurants and shops. It’s also approximately a 10 min scooter from the beach. The gardens are very well looked after and it’s like a sanctuary oasis away from the busier streets of Bali. The apartments are clean and comfortable, and it was a great place to rest after a day on the beach or busy day out exploring.
We really enjoyed our stay overall, but wanted to share a few things that might help future guests and manage expectations. When we first arrived, we were a little confused because the Booking.com listing gave us the impression that we had booked the entire villa. In reality, the booking is for one floor of the villa rather than exclusive use of the whole property. This may have been clearer if all room options had been available to view when we booked, but they weren’t showing online because they weren’t available. One small suggestion would be to make this more explicit in the listing description, as it would help future guests understand the setup before arriving. During our stay, we had the chance to experience two different rooms, which felt more like apartments within the villa. Our favourite was the larger apartment on the top floor. It was the space we had originally thought we’d booked (our first apartment downstairs didn’t include a kitchen). Once the upstairs space became available, we moved and absolutely loved it. It’s spacious, comfortable, and we only wished we’d been able to stay there for the whole trip. One thing worth noting is that the different floors don’t have doors, so while the bedrooms can be locked, the apartment areas themselves are more open. Depending on what kind of stay you’re looking for, this may affect the feeling of privacy. For context, we’re a couple in our late 30s and had imagined something a little more private and romantic. In reality, the atmosphere felt more relaxed, social, and shared than we expected. That said, it’s an amazing place to stay for solo travellers, friends travelling together, younger couples, or anyone who enjoys a more open and community-style experience. We actually enjoy this kind of feel ourselves, but it just wasn’t what we expected when we booked on this occasion.

Hans and Ari were such fantastic hosts. We appreciated their hospitality and effective communication. Thank you.
The curtains didn’t go to the ceiling so the room was very bright in the mornings. Would be an easy fix I imagine.

My partner and I absolutely loved everything about this Villa. Perfect location close to everything, beautiful kind and very helpful staff. They look after the property immaculately and everything was in tip top shape. Couldn’t fault it at all. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
Nothing everything was perfect!

The staff were excellent. The location is very convenient. The property is large and quiet.
The villa is an upstairs and downstairs unit renting out separately, but the living areas have no doors. Only the bedroom has a locking door. It felt very weird. It might be ok if you’re two couples or families traveling together. The internet went out (we were trying to work some days so not great), and the bathroom kept flooding. The AC also didn’t work. No fault to the staff they did their best every time to help solve problems. Just some basic issues but be aware of the privacy thing with your open living areas across the two units if you’re booking.
