The island is small and everything is easily accessible by car.Easy and relaxed check-in with safe or digital codes, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with no extra costs for late arrivals.Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished.The apartment has five rooms, three with double beds (two of them with lower ceilings on the upper floor) and two rooms with two single beds, with a maximum capacity of 10 guests. It has two bathrooms. The apartment has stairs.The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher.Smoking is only permitted outside the property. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). The difference from this amount will be charged as an extra.
