Great location for everything, we even had a meal at the Indian restaurant on the next street

Shower drainage needs attention, when showering the water eventually overflowed onto the bathroom floor , we soaked most up with bathmats and mopped the rest up .

The house was small and perfectly arranged. It's not square, so it has character. It's really really close to the beach, the shopping and the neighbours seemed friendly. There's an area outside that we took chairs out to, and sat to watch the world go by. The contact that we had was quick to respond and very helpful.

I don't think that there was anything not liked, at all!!

The place was lovely and clean and it was very close to shops and the beach front with plenty to so for the kids.

There was no parking

The house was in a dodgy area, behind some takeaway places, so the smell was not nice and when the person in charge left a fan for us in front of the house, although hidden, it was stolen. There were big wheelie rubbish bins that looked and smelled very bad while walking next to the property. The road was extremely noisy and people stayed late chatting and shouting, and the loud seagulls noises. The house was tidy, but not clean. If this business wants to grow, it could benefit from a proper clean. My kids’s socks turned brown in the first few hours because the floor had not been mopped. My kids came to tell me they found a lot of crumbs on the sofa when we first arrived. Even the toilet, when I wiped the floor, the wipe came black and the shower floor was full of moulds. There were two plants pots in the house with piling dust on them and skirting boards were full of dust and several cobwebs. This place might be acceptable for young couples or friends, but not for family for sure.
