Lovely place. A hidden gem!

The upstairs lounge and overall layout is lovely. Single beds very comfy.
Double bed mattress very uncomfortable, leaking roof, cleanliness.

It's close to places I visit , lots of space for dog in out house.
I do feel it does need proper family fridge freezer as I'd probably book more days.
And I have to sit on floor to put things in fridge no space for much in freezer.

Great location, very central with quick access to all amenities.
It felt quite tired with damaged furniture, previous signs of mould and untidy plaster coming off walls. Wet room door was not suitable and you could tell where the water damage had occurred. Double bed had tough springs that you could really feel. There was a streetlight directly by the bedroom outer doors which let light in all night. Chewing gum was found on the bedroom floor. Toilet brush was filthy and fell apart upon use.
