Beautiful property in the very center of Great Yarmouth. I love the kitchen space, and the upstairs lounge area. Large comfortable sofas. Two bedrooms were great; a double and single in one bedroom, and 2 singles in the 2nd. The location is excellent, with a side alley directly to the main walking street, and only 3 minutes walk from the Beach. Lots of shops on your doorstep.
No signal on the TV, and no way to access any digital TV. Bathroom needs a makeover, but was perfectly acceptable for family of 4 on a beach holiday.

Our 3rd year staying and we still love it. Location is fabulous, accommodation has everything we need for a week stay as a family. Lovely hosts who were super helpful.

It was comfortable and spacious, plenty of space for a family of 5 and one dog! Very quirky and family friendly, TV, books and games. Loved all the fairy lights. So close to the beach and Britannia pier.
Floors were a little dirty and not enough plates for us all. However we would still book again.

Great location, very central with quick access to all amenities.
It felt quite tired with damaged furniture, previous signs of mould and untidy plaster coming off walls. Wet room door was not suitable and you could tell where the water damage had occurred. Double bed had tough springs that you could really feel. There was a streetlight directly by the bedroom outer doors which let light in all night. Chewing gum was found on the bedroom floor. Toilet brush was filthy and fell apart upon use.
