This was my second time my wife and I stayed at OZigaoka this year. The house is spacious and well-equipped, and the owner is friendly and professional, providing timely responses to my questions and requests. The home is also a 5-minute walk to the local train station, which proved handy. All in all, a great place to stay when visiting Shiga Prefecture!!

10min walk from station and shops, quite neighborhood, size of the room is good, ac works well (and is necessary because it gets warm in the room). Everything is well labeled and explained clearly. Good value.
Bit noisy when loud people are in the downstairs room.
