10min walk from station and shops, quite neighborhood, size of the room is good, ac works well (and is necessary because it gets warm in the room). Everything is well labeled and explained clearly. Good value.
Bit noisy when loud people are in the downstairs room.

The owner was kind, considerate and helpful and the room spacious
The pillow was very soft but placing the several bath towels kindly provided underneath it helped make it bearable. On a very cold weekend the thin bedding meant we had to use the heating more than we would normally want to
