Cecilia made our check-in easy and she was very welcoming. Explained everything and was readily available to answer my questions.
Because it is winter, unfortunately there were no blankets, but the small heater helped a bit. The hot water taps in kitchen and bathrooms did not work. A neighbour deliberately parked their vehicle right in-front of our unit and make us very uncomfortable to open the curtains. The car was parked there for the entire duration of our stay.

The apartment is spacious, all rooms have a sliding door, Kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, and good utensils. They have enough cleaning supplies for longer stay. Internet works very well. There is enough parking and it is safe, they have a security patroller as well. Two heaters are provided when it gets cold. The place is a short walk from the beach, and close to malls and shops.
Bedrooms may need a lace curtain for privacy, as the unit is on the ground floor. You will be charged the R850 cleaning fee and also R1500 refundable deposit fee. If you check in late after 9pm, there is also a late check fee that increases every hour.
